Hello all, I have few bitcoin that is sitting in my wallet and thought maybe I can earn something from it by helping others to give a loan for someone who needs extra funds. Please check the terms below before asking for a loan.
Terms1. Collateral is required if you want higher chance of getting a loan, however if your forum rank is Sr Member and/or higher with good trust rating you MAYBE granted NO COLLATERAL loan.
2. For loans with valid collateral, an ESCROW is a must and you have to pay the fees.
3. Collateral should be atleast 120% of the loan amount, if it falls below 110% you agree to sell the collateral to cover the loan amount unless you are willing to provide additional collateral.
4. If your loan application is accepted, I will leave a neutral trust feedback to your profile that you currently have an open loan with me.
5. I can accept or deny any loan application without any valid reason.
6. By asking for a loan, it means you have read and agree with all the terms stated here in the thread.
