if you are looking to "people" to tell you what to do then i have to warn you that you are in a world of hurt
everyone should make their own decisions and live with the result of those decisions because nobody else would care. a couple of years ago when "people" were saying bitcoin is dead and price was at $200 some listened to these "people" and lived with that decisions. a year ago when they again listened to these "people" telling them bitcoin is a bubble and didn't buy until the last minute at the peak of the bubble and lose money because of it, again it is their own fault.
it is the same today too. if you buy now and price goes down to zero YOU are losing money. and if you buy today and price goes to $1 million again YOU make profit not the people who told you to do whatever...
Well said, it is wrong to act by relying only on the opinion of others, and not to use your brain sometimes. As you say in time
BTC is drop from 1100$ 200$ or even lower many predict that game is over, but some others invest because they believed that the best days are just coming.
I can only tell you that the best days have not yet come, because 20 000$ per 1
BTC is nothing compared to the potential that
BTC has as currency or as store of value. Let's say today's price of 4000$ can be look from the perspective 2014/2015, buying then in range from 200$ to 600$ may seem like an expensive investment, but even with today price every investor is in profit 20x or 7x, this really does not matter for long term holders.
I'm not saying that for 3-4 years
BTC will reach 50 000$ or maybe 100 000$, these are just speculations - but I'm pretty sure the price will be several times higher than it is today.
I also agree that we shouldn't rely on the opinion of others but please come up to a decision where in you have those opinions specially from those who are in this field for quite sometime because they can tell precisely due to their experiences though its very hard to find someone with those kind of expertise since the market is new and is not reliable unlike other assets. My only advice is that research, look for the experts, weigh the risk and decide because of facts and not on your emotions specially in this bearish market.
