Those who commit suicide are the weakest.
How could you say that boldly in this forum. Yes maybe there is something wrong on what they did that but dont mock them they already dead dude. Please pay some respect to them. How can we still blame them in spite of being dead already. Lets just warn others not to resort to this if they experience something bad on doing trading.

I'm not going to go into whether they actually committed suicide, and whether it was because of that or not. But there were a lot of posts on reddit from people saying they were contemplating suicide because they had lost everything. As has been commented, it was people who had not respected basic investment rules and had put in money they needed, even taking loans for it or using money from family members without their knowledge.

I also think when we see these things that we have to think beyond the money. These cases I guess are of people who have a shitty life and see getting rich as the only way out of their unhappiness, and they want to do it fast.

Simply by improving their economic situation slightly bit by bit and taking care of other aspects of their lives they would have fared much better.

The current state of the crypto market may result in more unexpected suicides among crypto coin holders and investors.
I'd like to use this medium to provide some motivation to my fellow cryptocurrency beginners. This is an unforeseen scenario that will be difficult to overcome, but let us remember how precious our lives are. If we lose our money but remain alive, let us have more hope because if there is life, there is hope; suicide is not an option; patience and commitment are the best options right now.
I'm not sure how many people have committed themselves as a result of the current crypto market situation in different parts of the world, but suicide is never a good.
Our lives matter to our society, families, and friends, so let's stay strong and bear with this predicament; I'm sure it will pass sooner or later.
Do not live for money, but live for your life. So there's no enough reason that you allow yourself to suffer just because you are losing. Losses are inevitable in all aspects of investments, so you don't need to blame yourself or other people. And if you lose, i guess you can still do better in the next round and succeed. Suicidal is just a cowardly excuse, and certainly a big sin. If you lose, face it and accept. As long as there is life, you have all the opportunities to succeed so always see the positive side in you.

Looking for gigs
A few weeks ago before the great LUNA crash, I was a victim of a malware where 3 of my non-custodial wallets are being drained without the need of a seed phrase to access. Approximately $12k of my assets are drained and I felt that all of the hardwork and sacrifice I have are just vanished into thin air.

But good thing that not all of them are drained because I have spread them out in different wallets while others are already in my hand and bank accounts. I’m just grateful than I have around more than $800 left. I was suppose to have brighter plans, but it was all ruined thanks to that mistake. It’s hard for me to move on, but I am not thinking of giving up or committing suicide because of being a victim of this biggest hack in my whole life.

I remembered the time when I was broke and on my way to have zero money again, but I have managed to get back up and regained all of the losses I have. As I have remembered that, it reminds me that I am now more stronger than who I was before. So I get back up to my feet and remained focus on what I have been doing nowadays, but I am more determined than ever to quickly recover as I have seen the light at the end of the tunnel.

I still have long ways to go to finally recover what was recently lost to me, and I am taking it one day at a time. Our lives are very important. We can get back the money we’ve lost anytime, but we must not waste our life because we only live once, so we should make the most of it while our time here on Earth is limited.

Some popular people who invested in $Luna managed to remain their cool even though they've lost big from millions to thousand dollars real quick in one day. It's indeed devastating to see your portfolio dropping big like you've been scammed but know that this is the risk of investing crypto currency and people who didn't know what they were doing should not take part of investing crypto currency especially the altcoins. Some people think this is their time to shine by investing the hyped coins but in reality or if you are longer staying in this market/forum you will know that most of these altcoins are too good to be true and is not aiming for a long term profit.

Money is not everything. And even if you lose, you don't have to ruin your life just because of that mistake. The world has a lot more to offer so always embrace the possibilities that someday, you will come to realize all what you have dreamed for. And one more thing, crypto investment is not easy and definitely hard to make profits, so never enter into crypto if you can't handle its future risks.

If this news is verified and accurate, it is indeed a great human tragedy.
Unfortunately, from personal experience I know how desperate people can be because of their difficult financial situation.
Desperate people often take desperate measures and take a lot of risks.
It often ends very badly.
The crypto has been talked about a lot in the media lately and to ordinary people it may seem like a simple solution to all their problems.
Unfortunately, people who do not have enough knowledge and experience and are desperate, often make beginner mistakes with irreparable consequences.
So sad.

Committing suicide as a way of escape from a particular problem creates bigger problems for the ones you are leavingbehind. It's true that if you are not the victim, you can't say you understand how it feels to lose something valuable especially when you have placed all your hopes on it.

But then life itself is a risk, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. And the things you did that resulted in a loss will be a lesson so that next time you wouldn't repeat such. Let's learn to give ourselves a second chance. The thought to end it all might come, but if you think critically, its not worth it.

No amount of loss should make anyone take a decision of taking their life, you don't know what much better days the future might hold for you.

What if your loss in Luna was part of your stepping stone to reaching your much better life of opulence. Sometimes challenges come to deprive us of a greater time ahead we ain't seen yet.

So hold peace and be hopeful.

It's easy to assume that those who committed suicide didn't value life, however, everyone's mind is different, and not all can handle all of life's challenges. I read through the Luna tweets, and my heart aches for some of the investors' cries and losses. I was especially heartbroken for an investor who put his family's life savings into Luna and was planning to use some of the profits for his wife's delivery, who is carrying a twin foetus, but now he is unsure where to get the money to pay the bills when the wife is ready to put to bed. This is sad and painful, and I hope we all recover from these unforgettable pains.

That information is false, there haven't been confirmed cases of suicide due to the luna crash but that doesn't calm my mind because this fall was such a sudden shock and traumatic experience, I am afraid that more than hundreds of people will commit suicide.

I know of a few confirmed cases in which people have committed suicide because of cryptocurrencies, but the same is true of those who trade stocks or anything that carries a high risk. That is why I always say that you should first know well what you are investing your money in, and be prepared for the fact that you can lose everything at any time.

The tragedy in this latest scandal is that people lost money on something called stablecoin, and that should never have happened. I hope that people will start learning from the mistakes of others that have happened in the past, and that they will understand that cryptocurrencies are very slippery ground - doesn't anyone remember how Bitcoin lost 50% of its value in one day just over 2 years ago when was the pandemic declared?

I've read another post on FB that it's around 20 suicides now, I don't know if that's for real since there's no source and validation to back up with a source.

Nevertheless, these incidents are for real. They're not new and every time the market goes bear and there are people that have invested probably their life savings and they're seeing it blowing and going down, they don't know what to do.

They do end with the idea of ending their lives and that's not really the option. I feel bad and sorry for them that they have to choose that bad ending even if there's still a way to recover their lost money in some other way.

I hope this link helps, a suicide hotline for those who don't know what to do and thinking of ending their lives regardless of the reason.

And who is @Cryptocraziac to be a reliable source? Those are 8 suicides that are claimed to be directly caused by the crash of LUNA. Confirming that the deaths, if they indeed happened, are truly caused by the plunging price of LUNA is not an easy thing to do. And if these 8 suicides are really true and are even slightly linked to the huge price fall of cryptocurrencies, this news should have already reached the papers and not just passed on like a gossip on Twitter. This looks like fake news!

So sad and so sorry to know this, but exactly, there are some people who are exactly not ready and shocked because of this drastic drop of Luna. And because of this news, opposite media of crypto will spread the FUD again and will press that crypto is dangerous.
Actually, suicide phenomena are not new and previously there have been so many because of various problems, moreover because of family, love, or even business problem.
but why has suicide news because crypto becomes highly increasing and popular around the world spreading again and again?
The media know which will be hot news.

And I also realize with this news, we can remain each other about what you said, about how precious our life even though we lost many things, there are still our families that should be struggling. And I wonder being suicide will not end the problems, right?
And some people who did it commonly those who may use loans, selling house or others, or having big promises or expectation.
Yes, love your lives, it's more precious

If this news is true, then what can i say, definitely too sad to even take a second look at, a lot of this has to do with how people take crypto, and that is as a get rich quick thing, they basically have the idea of joining the network to double their money, they take it as gambling, and they are investing so much, far more than they can afford to lose in a bid to do this; it is unbelievable.

This news is another reason why giving people investment advice is usually very risky business, imagine buying this coin, and convincing your friend to do so too, what would be the situation of that relationship right now, they would blame you to 'death', and in a worst case scenario could even hurt you. Always allow people to do their own research, and when they do, they should make up their mind, so that they bear the consequences of whatever action they take. But i truly hope this story about suicide is false.

I also want to remind those of you who are starting to panic that this crash phase is nothing compared to the crash in 2018 ($20k to $4k). We're only around a 50% drop from ATH $60k.
Of course, the recent decline will not have much of a psychological effect on the old holders. One of the best ways to deal with it is to ignore the market. The bear market is a good time to take a break.
You can't expect for the market to be always on top, prices will definitely fall when the market turns into another cycle. So whether the current market brings too much depression to those who can't manage to see the price dumps, but there are also people that have been taking advantage in a market situation like this. At the end of the day, its the mindset of the investor that matters, and greed should never be the one to control all his emotions.

I would take this information with a dose of caution, because who could really confirm that someone committed suicide for such a specific reason?
That information is false, there haven't been confirmed cases of suicide due to the luna crash but that doesn't calm my mind because this fall was such a sudden shock and traumatic experience, I am afraid that more than hundreds of people will commit suicide.
Sometimes I was visiting reddit to hear opinions about altcoins, new projects, etc and I understood that most people make extreme investment decisions, they take loans backed by property, truck, car, gold, etc. Some people have huge savings and invest all of them. That's why I assume that the real picture will be hell in the following days and months. Some people still have hope that it will return back.

My message to all of you is:
What does not kill you, makes you stronger! Every accident in your life is an experience, the more you learn, the wiser you are! Wise people always succeed in life, they change the world!
REMEMBER!!! Billionaire Alibaba founder Jack Ma was rejected from every job he applied to after college, even KFC. YOU AREN'T REJECTED, YOU JUST LOSE SOME MONEY AND WHILE YOU ARE A HEALTHY YOUNG, YOU HAVE A LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES TO SUCCEED!!!
