Sadly it's impossible to keep the picture in sync with the post count. Because a user can simply delete one post somewhere in the thread to decrement all subsequent post count by one.
Back from my 7 day vacation to BanVille. I'm going to double check a many of the these posts (maybe all of them) to make sure all the numbers to date are accounted for.

yea - some one back in the chain has deleted their posts ...
a deleted / banned account will not remove posts or so I'm told.
