PS I have today just started a new faucet for myself, and have given myself 2 months to get it to 400k users per mth  ( I bet i do it  Wink )

Without telling all secrets, but how to get so many visitors? Using your service and having no visitors seems to be useless.

There is no secrets it's all common sense and All my users will have access to my support, in helping them get to where I have.

I saw now on your website that you offer a ready to go faucet. what would be my part of work to run it?

The ready made one, all you would need to do there is just advertise it to get users to the site and keep the faucet balance up.

I can help with advertising by adding links to my sites, as well as point you in the right direction on how to get users and the best way to get revenue.

Option 3 is exactly the same, except you need to purchase a domain name.

All very easy really, and no tech knowledge is needed.

Also there is no updown, wheel or any other type game on the microwallet faucet, but its something i may try and add at a latter date

Option3 ~ Hosted Micro Wallet Faucet

For this one I will supply and do everything + add your faucet as a link to one of my high traffic faucets to help you get started.

Please note for all 3 options you must have a domain name !

what would I need to do to keep the site running?

lets say I learn to handle it and decide any time in the future I want to run it my own? would this will be possible?

what kind of game will you use?

thanks for all your help, great attitude

Ok due to the serious amounts of PM's I'm getting I have set up a simple paid service ( All those I have promised to help upto this point will still get my free help) because of the sheer amount of time I am spending with people advising them on what and how to create a working, money making faucet.

Its not much but does compensate a little for my time.

Here is the link : http://btcdevelop.com/cart.php

Thanks
Mark

PS I have today just started a new faucet for myself, and have given myself 2 months to get it to 400k users per mth  ( I bet i do it  Wink )

fair enough and I would be glad to pay You even I think I was one of those you say you will help without payment.

but to be frank I dont understand those 3 options you have right now on your site. lets say I would take the "hosted micro wallet faucet" what will I have? what will I have to do? and how long will it take that I will see some light.

I hope my questions are making sense

Option1 ~ Basic Micro Wallet Install

This is for people that have hosting all ready but are unable to install the script themselfs, so I would pop onto your server and install it all for you.

Option2 ~ Faucet Hosting without install

Simple faucet web hosting, I will set up hosting for you and provide you with an FTP account and create a database for you , basically all you need for running a micro wallet faucet but you will install it.

Option3 ~ Hosted Micro Wallet Faucet

For this one I will supply and do everything + add your faucet as a link to one of my high traffic faucets to help you get started.

Please note for all 3 options you must have a domain name !

Hope that helps Smiley

I do donate every month. Not using Bitcoin though.

Anyways... Does Google AdSense allow us to post ads on faucet websites?  Will my site be approved if I apply adsense via my faucet website?

If you think I hijacked your thread, I will delete this. I did repost it, in it's original form, but it has a impact here too.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=837383.new#new

I have discussed this on another forum and would like it if someone could incorporate this option in their faucet.

http://bitbiz.io/threads/poverty-is-faucets-the-answer.551/#post-3899

Why not incorporate something good within a faucet. {This can be anything - Poverty elleviation / Animal cruelty .....}

You use these faucets to help someone else. { A small portion of your income goes towards a good cause, say 5% of each withdraw }

This can be voluntary or compulsory, you choose, when you setup your profile.

Many people do not use faucets, because it's a waste of time, BUT if you know a small portion of that time/income goes towards something good, you might consider using it.  Wink

So we crowdfunding donations to good causes, using faucets.

Freebitco.in
WON BY USERS
2,355.24829985 BTC

*Imagine if 5% of that was paid out to some good cause? { 117 Bitcoins can make a difference }
* I can already see this in the press - Bitcoin faucet donated $50 000 towards SPCA

Pay it forward

My goals for this is ambitious, but I have learned, the small things make a huge difference, when a lot of people are doing it.  Grin

There are so many BTC faucets already. If you are going to give 0.5 BTC per one time dispense, then may be BTC users market would be interested.

I am planning a twist on the typical faucet.... Coming soon if possible

Sorry I don't know if I should be posting this here but since you already mentioned make a faucet together..(I was thinking about building a faucet myself but am quite new to the whole advertisement beeswax)...how exactly do I get a google adsense account for bitcoin faucets as well as the others that you have listed. I have enough funds to register a domain plus buy myself a nice hosting service. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

.5 Btc per dispense...so many people would abuse that and it'd empty in a matter of hours, if not minutes. Regarding managing a faucet, how many satoshis does one normally start one with?

No i have all that, I own www.bitcoingenie.info which runs the MW script and gets half a million hits a mth so dont worry about all that.

What i will need from you is your microwallet api, and your solvemedia api, plus ftp details to upload it all to your hosting.

If you dont understand what I have asked for above PM me and we will take it one step at a time, but we will get there Smiley

PM these details dont make the ftp details public

Cheers
Mark

it looks that you are a very helpful guy so I thought I can ask you as a total faucet noob, why would one create a faucet? ok you have many clicks and give a lot satoshis and it looks like you guys still earn some coins.
is it worth the pain? and is difficult to create one?

I understand if a gambling site adds a faucet to attract players that makes sense to me  Smiley

any help and answer is very much appreciated

Micro wallet makes it pretty easy to build to be honest.
And as long as your advertising revenue is greater than what your giving away your making.
I do all right when you add it all up, adsense makes me the most, then believe it or not the captcha makes me the second largest amount of income via solvemedia.

If you want to have a go im happy to help as you can see Smiley

Cheers
Mark

Many of the ads are refferals. I don't think that adsense counts those as third party advertising.

Indeed I have 3 advertising providers on there adsense, adbit, and a-ads and I think im right in saying adsense allows your 3 dont they ?
