Maybe this can help, people in this forum are very good convincing

Oh yeah sure, lets encourage all the trolls and the toxicity of this forum translate in the SEC via all your emails. I know it will not help the cause but the effect might be really worth it. Dont forget to mention this forum. They might want to see where we come from.

I think there nothing much we can do to push the ETF  to be approved. We are just spectstors here. US SEC have autonomous control whether they approve or not. Instead of wasting time writing to them, let's just prepare and get more coins for when it gets approved.

Highly doubt the SEC is going to really care about the people from the bitcoin community, they're going to care about the people that own them which are the big banks who are paying them tons and tons of money in order to make sure they turn the blind eye to downright corruption and unethical business practices done by these banks in order to gain more and more profits.

We'll see very soon if the people from the banks want this to happen, because if they do it will allow us to be able to easily purchase our stake in bitcoin through an ETF. If not, then that's that and the ETF will go into oblivion.

Pretty sad to see a decision done like this but this is how it works.

Come one! let's push the btc ETF.
let's write a letter to the SEC where we say why it is a good thing
I can't do anything about it because I'm Canadian, but if everyone else in the States is willing to push it then go ahead. I just end up going with the flow for most of these things, so I would expect for a large amount of you guys to be pushing this since there's a lot of money that can be made during the rise once the ETF is approved, assuming it is.

My impression is that there may have been a public comment period, but that is likely now long past. If you want to sway an authority who can arrange the approval of the ETF, I would suggest prayer at this point.  Cool
I did it in the past time, but I feeling bored just to pray about ETF. I need something new.  Cheesy

It can't help anything.

Come one! let's push the btc ETF.

Let's pray for ETF approval rather than spamming his inbox.  Roll Eyes

Nothing can help in this process and the only thing we can do here is speculate what the decision will be and nothing else can be done and i am not convinced that it will be approved this time but i might be at a later time and it all depends upon how the Winklevoss brothers could convince otherwise.

The Winkevoss twins has written the most important documentation with their application for the ETF already and we should respect the process.

The ETF will get the attention needed by the SEC and we should just wait it out. Let's not give them extra reasons to hate Bitcoin, with email

spamming and extra documents to process.  Roll Eyes

i can't wait until 11th or at least 20th till this headache about bitcoin ETF is over and we start hearing something new. i am honestly getting tired of seeing the same thing over and over again and meanwhile it is not really a key thing for bitcoin.

Let SEC do their job. I think they have already all the paperworks needed to make the decision. No amount of letters you send to them will chance anything. Let's just hope for the better and that the ETF will be approve by them. They already seen enough specially in the last two weeks regarding bitcoin future. All we can do is hope and I might say pray on March 11.

Come one! let's push the btc ETF.
let's write a letter to the SEC where we say why it is a good thing

And why it is a good thing?I really don`t  know, that`s why i`m asking.
It will be a good thing for all the bitcoin holders, because of the price increase.
Will this ETF approval be a good thing for all the investors and hedge funds?
Can anyone explain?

Because everybody who uses bitcoin wants its price to be all time high, that is why we need the good things for the SEC confirmed the bitcoin Exchange Traded Fund , and if this thing really happens, we could have a huge profit from the bitcoins that we are holding for a years, or years maybe, and other impossible things about bitcoin might just become possible one day

Rabid and intrepid growth makes you feel uneasy as well

You never know whether it is time to sell or time to hold. Obviously, trees don't grow to the sky and one day price will go down and likely not just go down in a somewhat gradual manner but rather crash like a meteor. And then you will be gnashing your teeth that you didn't cash out in time. On the other hand, if you cash out untimely, you will be eating yourself away later. So any way you look at it, more or less constant price with major corrections and rebounds is much better for almost anyone

You can't push anything, the SEC will probably laugh at you if you tell them to please get the bitcoin ETF approved. It all comes down to what the Winklevoss have done with the documents and also how SEC wakes up that morning... because  to be honest sometimes these things are pretty random, which is why it's so hard to try to take a trading decision based on this, and odds are useless.

If the governments aren't going to ban bitcoin then the ETF is a good thing since it allows for controlled investing by people that might get scammed or buy OTC and avoid paying taxes etc.

In any case I don't see why a government would be pro-bitcoin... but the ETF can pass, I think it will if not this time the next time.

This post is hilarious, the Op wants to write to the SEC, and I hope he knows SEC is not the admin of this forum that he will even bother reading his email or letter. Now coming to op there a way to get into SEC eyes is a) a Facebook page and twitter campaign asking them to give approval for a Bitcoin etc. Secondly use a online petition and get maximum people go sign it. But the best alternative is to let them do their work, rather than mess around and they get pissed and totally junk the project. What if SEC gets suspicious of Bitcoins and starts unnecessary investigations. I think we should all tread carefully.

Like, bitcoin as a main currency which we can both use bitcoin and fiat in spending it in our everyday lives, and so on. But I know that it will take some time, for the Government to accept bitcoin as a currency in this world, I mean which can be freely use by everyone anywhere, and anytime in the real world, and not just in the virtual world.

SEC knows what needs to be done in this regard much more than us. They will surely be having an eye on speculations that's been roaming around every country regarding etf. Nothing to write to them, similar to social media campaign.

why? i say lets forget about ETF! write a letter comment here and ask people to stop talking about it. we have already gotten so many topic about it and ETF isn't really going to do anything for us.
first because it is in the freaking US and the rest of the world don't even care about it.
second it is not investing in bitcoin it is investing in Winkewoss Smiley and it won't bring any investor in bitcoin it brings investors in Winklewoss Smiley

Whatever we do will not have any effect on decision of SEC, let them decide themselves and hope for the best. When ETF will be approved just imagine where will the price will boom to.  Grin

Leave it alone. The SEC wont take you seriously anyway. Spamming their email will just be a nuisance to them. Why would they listen to a scruffy little nobody like you and me? They more important things to do than reading emails from the nobodies of the BTC community.
