Bitcoin has dropped below $20k and is currently at $19k, of course a good time to buy altcoins is now!,
and for the long term it is very good, but we also have to pay attention to fundamentals too,

We are still in a free fall, imagine buying at 25,000$ like OP said and now BTC is in 20k per coin, I will start buying when BTC chart start showing or going sideways but for now we aren't in good shape yet, its better to wait probably start buying at 19k using DCA on the way down.

You can start buying now but with altcoins you should do your research and not invest too much in altcoins right now. The altcoins that I focus on at the moment are only ETH and BNB, I will buy more every time the price drops another 10%.
Bitcoin is hovering around $20k-$25k so a slight gain of $25k in bitcoin this month looks doable to me but it doesn't make much sense to us as there will be a drop strong afterwards. I will keep filling my pocket with bitcoins if bitcoin drops below $20k.

The price of Bitcoin has been drastically declining form the last week. Follow seven days chart that it has decreased by 29.7% and it is continuing. In this time it is more risky to invest in any coin. But if you think about the dip, I believe that the current price of Bitcoin has come down to $20,000, so there is no possibility of such a big loss if you hold it. I haven't created a portfolio yet and EOS isn't my favourite, but I see it's been in an accumulation zone for a very long time. Therefore, I found it appropriate for me to allocate a 5% share to EOS. I think it's worth the risk. On the other hand, I think EOS is a terrible product for end users and will never become mainstream. I just wanted to technically give it a little chance. :)

The Dip is frustrating a lot of people but its sure that crhpto will regain it's self back again and best advice to all investors is to see the dip as an open opportunity to grab more asset for the next bull market. I see many millionaires and even billionaires at the end of the bear market. Let's bag more and wait on the future.

During this bear market, I only think about three coins that I will add again and hold for the long term to prepare for the next bullish era. They are Bitcoin, BNB, and also ETH.
I actually still have some other altcoins that I am still holding because of this sudden crash market. But I am not sure that they will survive or be able to rise up again in the future. Most of them are likely shit coins. I really hate them, but they were my choice at that time Grin

I can only have a little expectation about them to increase someday in the bullish era, although it may not reach the rate that I expect previously because of the dump price

This time doesn't seem to be a good time to buy altcoin. The bearish market is still full with uncertainty about where was the rate for bitcoin will be stopped. I meant look at the how fast the movement of bitcoin. The marketcap was dropping so hard and everything is in the decline right now. We may not see another comeback until a few years later. For now bitcoin and crypto are so bearish. We can only predict when the bounces may happen but not for the recovery of crypto.

if you want to break through and switch from a bearish trend and switch to a bullish market forecast for the next few weeks, that's all but likely to bounce back down. It looks like it's heading towards $26000 for bitcoin.

buy it depends on how much you need, what altcoin do you want to accommodate? if you are friendly in all instruments, you are better off scalping, that's just what I often do today. Dwyor.

in all conditions i choose BNB for altcoin.and only bitcoin d main portfolio.
for other altcoins, there are some that I still keep and I sell to take a few percent profit.

With the current happenings in the world, I think it's great to buy coins now because it's currently down, and we can expect a higher bounce and possibly higher targets. The important thing here is that we can manage the risk you will utilize every time you invest. Because no matter what you put your money into, you still need to consider your daily expenses. Make sure that you are willing to take the risk. For the long run, I would still pick BTC and ETH.

You really just need to wait if you already put your money in the market and don't rush to sell it out just wait for the right time and be patient at times like this. If you are not yet, then it's nice to look for another way to take advantage of the current situation because as we already know, the market will recover soon after its fall this year and it will only take one bitcoin halving to recover everything. So, it's for long-term holders to gain huge amount of money in times like this because they can wait for long before selling their crypto assets.

any moment that you are making an entry in the middle of bearish is the right moment for accumulation, you're literally having advantages over anyone that holds since the bullish era.
regardless though it's always hard speculating in regard of the right moment the bearish gonna bottoms out. if you could accumulate with your big capital for your future investment that is 2025 then I guess you could go start accumulating right the moment bearish has emerged, after all it's long term holding, surely you gonna encounter many chance of bullish run.

Looking for gigs

I usually am doing the dollar-cost averaging (DCA) on Bitcoin recently and might plan to add Ethereum as well. In my own opinion, only BTC and ETH are the best cryptocurrencies for us to do long-term accumulating and investing no matter if it’s the bear or bull season. It was proven time and time again that these cryptos would eventually bounce back stronger even without promises or guarantees no matter how long the bear market would be.

Only you will know when a good time to buy altcoins as you should analyze by yourself and not depends on the others.
If you can not analyze, you do not have to buy altcoin instead buy bitcoin and hold it but you should be patient and not panic because the price will be too volatile and will make you confused.
We do not know if the bitcoin price will go down to $25,000 in the coming weeks and even if that will happen, no one will know when it will happen.
My plan to build my portfolio is to buy bitcoin with the potential altcoin, especially ethereum and bnb, which I have a big hope to see the price rise soon.
But once again, no one will know when the time to start buying and you can only try by yourself.
