please read it. The procedure to redeem XLC is the same as ETH, but for BTC you have to send:
1. screenshot of ico platform dashboard
2. your investment address
3. your wish to redeem XLC

Hi, is the last version? if no, download it from https://leviarcoin.org/
if yes try to redownload the blockchain: go to %appdata% and copy out your wallet, then delete files starting with: block* and DB/ folder
then start the wallet!

If you previously made a backup copy of your wallet and on the 22940 block you hang. Try to open the old backup file again. Not the one that was created when creating a purse and weighing 1KB, but one that has more weight and which you saved before updating the purse.
