It would be awesome if you could check your real life stats like in a game. For example:
Total miles walked
Total hours of sleep
Total pounds of food eaten
Total gallons of pee/pounds of poo produced
Total liters of alcohol ingested
etc etc etc

I always wanted to create a game of my life... so it would have been like gameception.
I mean, every possible condition of your body as an Hud so player knows how to react, or do.

For me, life is not a game.
It is not always about competition.
It is up to you if you want to compete with other people or you want to have  a simple life.
That's not true.

When you walk into an interview for a job, (which you need to have if you want money to put food on the table and a roof over your head) you're competing with others that go to the interview.

When you buy a house that others also want to buy, you compete to give the best price offer for it.

And when you go to the store and buy items on clearance, you compete to buy the items before anyone else does.....

Life is a giant competition

You have to beat everyone in the competition to win, and it's pointless if you have to eventually turn the game off.

I like the topic as it mean life is full of competitions. But the point is we do not have the option to re-start the game when ever we wanted to play again. So sad in real life game.
Who's to say that if you off yourself, you won't "re-start"? Hm? Maybe you can play as a different character.

Who knows.

In video games there are set variables and limited options. Real life has many more options than meets the eye so it can be more fun and more dangerous.
Like the fact that you can have multiple players on your team.

I honestly treat life like stocks.

You have a certain amount of 'em, (skills, abilities, characteristics)
You can either pull them and sit on the total (sitting around, not putting to work your talents),
keep them in there, hoping for the best,
or, if things are looking sour, sell them, pick new stuff, and start living anew.

You can also completely put your eggs in one basket, which is dangerous, but also crazy beneficial if you can pull it off Smiley

So many possible analogies.

Feel free to add em Smiley

i think it suits better if gamer thinks life is like a game, life is not a game, theres no pause theres no second life, theres only choose which path n take the risk n consequences
Well they should, and stop playing games that aren't a decent game to play.

Playing video games is pointless. Therefore life is pointless, but I don't understand playing games within a game...

Gameception.
