Sometimes names only ring through our heads when things like this happen. I join the many who have only come across the posts of @light_warrior on several occasions but have not had a one-on-one encounter with him.

It's sad we have to lose a member of the forum. I send my condolences to his family, and I pray he finds peace and rest in the afterlife. May his soul rest in peace.

Very sad news, couldn't even expect it will be happened but death is a fact that no one can deny. He was so active in the Nutildah AI spam thread. He was a man whom I learned how to detect AI content. He working his best to clean the forum from spam. He will be live in our heart. May Allah give patience to his family

I’m a new member so unfortunately I do not know light_warrior but I explored his profile a little. Light seems like an amazing person. It is a shame how the bitcointalk community is so big now that occasional unfortunate circumstances such as this can happen.

Everyone deserves the right to live a full life and it is truly sad how some peoples lives are just ended so early. Just imagine his family who knew him for all of his life and how they’ll have to live the rest of their lives knowing they no longer have him. Imagine his friends who will now have to remember this as well. It is sad man I hope the best for everyone here. Words cannot describe the feelings of when stuff like this happens honestly.

I only have good memories of my interactions with light_warrior and until just now wasn't aware he'd created an alt - Light_Warrior (Alt).

I hope he's at rest now and that his daughter is able to cope under increasingly difficult circumstances. (She may have noticed that my profile picture has been (for quite a while now) is blue and yellow of the Ukrainian flag and the sunflower their national floral emblem).

Horrible! Seeing this, I can't believe this happened. I had some contacts with light_warrior, and I did not doubt trusting him and adding him to my trust list. He did a very good job of finding plagiarism on the forum and really tried to help the forum. light_warrior will remain on my trust list as a recognition of his very good qualities and memory of him. My sincere condolences to the family. It’s just terrible to watch how people are forced to suffer from what is happening in the world in our time.

An important member of the Bitcointalk losing his life to the dreadful disease is a pain. My condolences to the family, sorry to hear that he and his family was living as a refugee. This makes it more painful, I hope he, @light_warrior rest in peace. He was one of the most active plagiarism and alt-account busters. We will surely miss him and his activity in the forum.

It's quite unfortunate to lose such a copper member of this family ( Bitcointalk forum ), though everyone will answer the call of nature someday either on natural cause or by circumstances but however, my sincere condolences to his family and loved ones he will be missed.

I assume his family will read all your replies one way or another.
My hope - his family can also access his wallet because it contains as much as 0.035011 btc or the equivalent of $1500 including his last campaign payment, maybe.
Of course - that amount will help support his family for a few months, hopefully his wallet can be accessed.

Code:
bc1qandd370gp2vuazyh733n9mvdm3s7jesy4at0mm

His daughter has all the information to access the wallet. But she doesn't know anything about cryptocurrency, much less wallets. I think the forum member she will continue to live at after her father's funeral will help her with this.
This is good one, at least she can continue with the good work her father his doing, his passing away will be a lesson to all of us here, we should involve our family member in our businesses or something like this because of this day.

This is a very sad news to me, feel sorry for the family member, I encourage family member should be patient and steadfast, and they should understand that after life is death.

I don't have any interaction with the user, but I've always visited the plagiarism thread where most of the time, he's been active there.
He has been a good user here in the forum, and always spending time busting those users who are plagiarizing their posts.

Please give or I should say vote for him on the title of "SpamBuster" or "Scambuster" in the "Bitcointalk Community Awards" because I believe he deserves it. Rest in peace fellow user.

My God, that is very very sad news….
Light_warrior was the first user, who made me feel really accepted and appreciated here on the forum. I had several private conversations with him and he never refused to help or share an advice. I felt like a team together with him, when we tried to revive the Ukrainian thread. I know, I didn’t know him in person, but it truly hurts right now. My sincere condolences to his family…

Unfortunately I must report that light_warrior, a participant in the UniJoin campaign ... has passed away. He and his daughter are refugees from Ukraine who lived in Europe, in the house of one of the forum participants all this time (starting from the moment of the invasion of Ukraine).

Damn, my sincere condolences to his family. This is actually a really bad news for us Bitcointalkers, loosing a very important member of our community. It's very sad because @light_warrior was one of the most active plagiarism burster on the forum. I was always thrilled of how he was able to get the plagarisers so quickly and accurately. He was actually the best I've seen so far in that section of the forum.

A minute of silence for him, may his soul rest in the light

Sorry to hear that icopress. Can you send my payment for this week's campaign directly to that address? It will be much better than me receiving the payment and then sending it to that address in the current high fee environment.

@suchmoon   @ibminer   Time to rethink a RIP icon on BPIP?

That seems like a good idea to me.

Unfortunately I must report that light_warrior, a participant in the UniJoin campaign ... has passed away. He and his daughter are refugees from Ukraine who lived in Europe, in the house of one of the forum participants all this time (starting from the moment of the invasion of Ukraine).
Living as a refugee could be challenging because you might lack many benefits you enjoyed in your home country. He might be nursing the dream of seeing his homeland again after the end of the war but it is sad to know that he died as a refugee. But my heart goes to his loved and I pray they have all they need to live a good life.

This is very sad and shocking news. I was actually from looking at some of the reports regarding plagiarism that he made a few days ago. My prayers and thought to his family and friends. May they get some comfort during this trying moment, and may his Rest in eternal peace.
He was very active in keeping the forum clean from plagiarism and other unwanted practices. He will be really missed in the forum because of his selfless service to the community.

Heart attack, died with a tablet in his hands.
Very painful, but he fought till the end. Rest in peace Light_warrior
