i haven't checked both for crypto but i'm using linked in more so i might use it also for doing crypto things
LinkedIn, absolutely. No question about that.
Where do you go to get more about crypto - LinkedIn or Xing?
I have LinkedIn account, but I don't know Xing account, LOL! So, I'll go for LinkedIn because I think it is more popular than Xing. 
for me LinkedIn is the best

genarally linkedin is very popular, so i think linkedin is the best.

Telegram. If we speak about jobs then it would most likely be LinkedIn, since its more popular.
Haven't heard about Xing. I'm fond of using LinkedIn.
In terms of crypto its neither of those. In tearms of career its LinkedIn. Way more popular and I like in more.

LinkedIn for the contacts to grow my network. Never been on Xing, so can't comment there.
But, if you want to learn more about crypto, then the best source is bitcointalk.org, Medium articles, and good ol' Google. On LinkedIn, unless you follow the right accounts and make the proper blockchain/ crypto connections, you won't be able to obtain much info on crypto.
