From the first registration form displayed on the site, it's does seem like they are asking much details as this, since the form only required we fill in and email address, name, password, and confirm password and submit.
Except there's another form behind this first one which will require we fill in this personal informations, then I will just gladly ignore this and pass, it's a pretty new casino with no reputation, providing this amount of details about myself on an untrusted casino is an absolute NO for me..
But anyways, maybe the OP will have some explanation concerning this, so I keep my conclusions to myself until i read his statement.
