Indeed, contact their support or post on their ANN thread (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/exchange-liqui-trade-and-earn-24-apr-on-btc-eth-1557900) will be better than created 2 thread with the same content. However, it seems liqui account has been inactive since September 26 (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/liqui-842080)
Next time, you should buy an altcoin through a famous exchanges such as bittrex, livecoin, HitBTC, poloniex or local exchange in your country.
