This might be due to Ether network congestion. As you can see, lots of exchanges have put Ether wallets on maintenance and temporary halted withdrawals, even Polo did it.
I also think so, liqui never had any problem before and I think we should wait for some official response. They can't put their reputation on risk for small amount of ETH.

Surprised with that. I used liqui in the past due to some coins there that isn't listed on altcoin exchanges with heavy volumes but never got an experience or any problem especially with the withdrawals. By the way, I can't imagined that fake transaction id. How's it look like? A link without a proper destination? Or maybe something like that?

Mine show us some screenshot of it?

However, this does not provide any excuse for Liqui for their poor support, incomplete answers and lack of proper communication. Exchanges need to understand reputation is EVERYTHING and clients need to be treated in a professional way. If not, clients leave to another exchange.

I've used Liquid once or twice before with relatively small trades, worth around $200 at a time. I defenitely didn't come across any hiccups, but this was early this year. This also seems to be happening (exclusively?) to Ethereum withdrawals, so it very much could be a bug that they are looking into.

This only seems like a recent occurrence though, so my vouch won't really mean much.

I have used them once or twice before to trade some tokens that are not listed anywhere else, but thankfully I got my withdrawal at that time. OP thanks for letting us know about liqui current status, I will avoid them till they will solve your problem. You can wait few more days and if this doesn't get solved by that time open scam accusation against them.

I have to say when it comes to these new accounts with 2 posts, in 99% of cases this is just a simple FUD trying to harm whatever website they mention in their post. So, my question to the OP is to pls provide proof of his/her claims in the form of fake transaction and that response from Liqui. If not, I ll be sending a nice negative trust rating your way.

Sick and tired of scammers and speculators.

My thought exactly. Just like I wouldn't take a new account seriously if they were promoting some new Website/service, I can't fathom doing it for a negative report. There's just no weight to what they say.

Poor support, if there's a problem in the network they should be transparent and tell their customers about it. So that you are not worried with your TX. The probable cause is because of the network delay and congestion as others said. I haven't used liqui before so let's wait for the update of this case.

Hey do you have any proof that this exchange site are scam just found them here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/exchange-liqui-trade-and-earn-24-apr-on-btc-eth-1557900
They are still active but no complaining about scamming activity.
Be sure that you can give some screenshot proof that you are telling the truth.. This exchange site was active past few months and until now i think many traders are still use them..

They aren't scam and infact their support is the best and most active among all other exchanges. They keep responding in their chat and whenever they had any issues, they resolved it asap. The current ETH issues caused a lot of problems on the exchange but they are still working on it. I've been using it since months and all my withdrawals have been processed within 5-10 minutes but when they were under DDoS attack, it took 4-5 hours. Nonetheless, just contact the support in the chat and they'll respond.

ETH transactions are taking 24-48 hours. My transaction itself took 20 hours to appear in my account.

This has been happening during congested periods even when you send eth from your own wallet, its not a scam but their system probably wasn't designed to handle it so they will need to check it manually before resending it during less busy periods on the eth network.

That's my best guess.

I think you might got a real TX ID, but the transactions are stuck.
Maybe this has something to do with the recent flash crash. Somebody dumped $30 million worth of ETH, maybe Vitalik is buying a private island Tongue

Also, take a look at comments here. People are waiting for 48 hours for confirmation.

OP may be slow in providing proof, but I'll provide proof of my own case. I am having the same issue as OP.

TX ID is: 0x194d713814805f618055f361a7a592e8278f6e79e189475be8bff8acc99e8048  (does not exist in etherscan)
The address I am trying to withdraw to is: 0xA819E3ddAe7a2fd30aBF3b52A2Ac369d2e8E3a2f

I totally believe OP, because it is happening to me now as we speak:

Unfortunately, None of these transaction IDs are listed in etherscan.io. If they say we will check then I have a feeling that this is happening only for ETH deposit/withdrawals as also other exchanges are having "issues"

Coinbase shows this:
Code:
Ethereum Transaction Delays
We're currently working through a backlog of Ethereum withdrawals. Recent or new sent transactions may remain pending longer than expected.

Made a withdrawal days ago and got a fake transaction ID. Contacted their support several times and they responded with "We will check." Haven't heard anything since and sent them more emails, but no response. A few other people I know are dealing with the very same issue. Same "We will check." response and then nothing. DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE.

I use Liqui since they have certain IOU token that I supported to but I've never made any problems regarding to my withdrawal but take not I only do BTC withdrawal since i Don't do altcoin withdrawal on any random exchange not unless they are bittrex. But if you think you have been deceived by them you must show some proofs of that fake TXID and file a proper scam accusation so that they will be tagged by DT members here.
