There are so many other threads that could use your attention more, but you're here. Should I assume none of those are scams? Because you don't bother to call them on their shit?
Check my post history, you'll find plenty of other scams I'm sticking my big nose into. This one isn't special.
We now know the accounts may have been stolen. Nobody is providing evidence for either side,
There is plenty of evidence for anyone who actually wants to understand the facts. Here is some collated in a handy scam accusation thread:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.15449570but the developers are fulfilling their promises and I think they should be given the chance to fuck up. Now that you have said your piece, why don't you go ahead and let us find out for ourselves? ... I think you've already said enough. Now you're just starting to look like a troll.
See, that's what you don't seem to understand. Once the fraud is discovered it is crucial that it not simply be buried. Especially in this case, because the goal, the very fucking mission statement text itself, is to create the biggest gambling site with the largest bankroll and the only way you would achieve that is to draw in lots and lots of users from outside the initial circle of investors. If this project were to continue with this aim the end-result would likely be that the 'devs' would find themselves in a position where they had control of not just hundreds of bitcoin, but thousands and could abscond with nobody knowing anything about who or where they were. . .other than the fact they committed fraud to incite others to send them money.
This isn't going away unless the community of investors grows up and accepts that there is no chance of earning any credibility all the while you permit these fraudsters to hold your money.
p.s. Seriously, they've delivered shit-all but a few bitcoins worth of cheap code they bought elsewhere and if you insist otherwise then you deserve to lose your money. But the truth about this scam isn't going to go away. The community has to respond maturely and sensibly to it if you hope to recover any of your investment value.
I read through 2 pages of your post history and the only other coin you commented on was Paycoin, and I skimmed through around 5 more and I only seen ICOO. Pretty sure we know about Garza by now. He scammed me 2 years ago. Every other post was either on obvious ponzi schemes, like doublers and whatnot, and here on the LIR thread or other threads about this fiasco. Those 2 pages took me back to Aug. 9th. So, in the last 4 days you have only posted on this coin thread. Completely ignoring all of the other big ICOs that raised more money than this one did and have scam accusations being levied with/without evidence. Something you seem capable of assisting with.
I would think you'd be posting on the Opair thread too. Or maybe the Oracle thread, but no, suddenly after Liskdice appears you start showing your face in this thread. I'm not one to believe in coincidences. You were active throughout July but LIR didn't get your attention until after Liskdice appeared.
This "scam" certainly appears to be special. You have dedicated more time to this thread than any other thread in the last week, and the week before that you only posted on the ICOO thread, once.
I've seen the thread. The scam accusation thread. It's been around since July 3rd. Funny it took you until August to notice it and speak up. Coincidentally and conveniently right after Liskdice popped up, nonetheless. As for the evidence. Ggddtt posted very weak evidence that would get thrown out of court. Quickseller posted nothing, just his opinion. MrPresident's story has too many holes in it. Holes he cannot/refuses to fill. suchmoon posts no evidence, just an opinion. (that I happen to respect, but I digress) Finally, there are your posts. Which include some evidence that they are not the original owners of the accounts, which I had already conceded to and said I was fine with. (Also admitting that I probably wouldn't have bought in had I known they were posting from bought/stolen/whatever accounts)
They still showed up after being outed. That shows some commitment to the project, imo. Possibly for the wrong reasons, I'm a skeptic. I'm not 100% sure either way, but that's part of the game. You'll never know for sure. I've invested in most of the ongoing projects. If any one of them pays off then it pays for the losses on all of the others.
You have a valid point about how much money they may be managing in the future, but we're talking about grey-area gambling here. I don't blame them for hiding behind pseudonyms. No investment is guaranteed. I don't invest in anything without being fully prepared to lose what I invested. Nobody is saying bury it. The thread still has the posts, but this campaign against LIR is just obvious. Looking at your post history did nothing but confirm your bias. Yes. They could have thousands of BTC and just walk away, one day, but by that time the residual income would be more profitable than walking away. So, I don't agree that they would do that.
Development is pieced together with elements found from all over, this is the industry standard. Bootstrap is bootstrap is bootstrap. If you make a button with bootstrap it's going to look like a button made with bootstrap.
If it's a scam it's a scam. It makes no difference now. By continuing this rhetoric you're hurting the investors more than the devs, but since this has already been pointed out to you. I can only assume you want to see us lose money. That's honestly not what I would generally expect or think of someone doing what you're doing. I'm totally and absolutely on your side. Out the scammers, report the malware, try and protect the rest of the community from what they are too ignorant to protect themselves from. I'm all for that, but you've got days of pages of investors saying ok. We understand. Yes, we've heard you. Let it be now. I realize you won't. You've made that much clear. I'm not going to sell at a loss, either. I even bought more. If I lose it I lose it.
It's not like the devs are going to refund us now. You're not going to bully them into doing what you want. Your goal seems to be exactly that, but if that's not going to work. Why are you still here? Why aren't you on
any of the other threads that have equally shady shit surrounding their projects?
You say LIR is not special. Why are you on a crusade again them then?
