On March 15th I sent in 2 BTC to the Lisk ICO and my online wallet at login.lisk.io was showing that I had 31731 LISK. I check my wallet today and the balance shows as zero. I try to login to chat.lisk.io to ask about it and it says my password is incorrect (even though I have saved it in a password manager and had used it previously to login). When I try have the password reset I never get the email. I try to create a new chat login account with another email and still don't get any email from Lisk.io; even checked the spam folder.

Right now I feel like Lisk was a scam. My Lisk address is: 16504865948547734056L
and my public key is c16f78e980e90eaab387202b8a64f0b8f3338ab8b92b4493b74db2c08d25df69

I don't even see them in the block explorer tool: explore.lisk.io.

Since I can't seem to get into chat, I have no option but to post for help here. I would appreciate it if a Lisk admin could help me out with this.

Which Login do you mean? This one:
https://ico.lisk.io/users/sign_in

Or this one:
https://login.lisk.io/
?

Check the first one and see whether your coins are showing. If yes, everything is fine.

If you are refering to the second one: you have no Lisk there because it hasn't been distributed yet. It is just up to let you check whether or not your passphrases work.
And also, if you hack in any password, it will still let you in, creating a new account. So, you need to compare the shown adress with the one your passphrase is associated with to guarantee that it is correct.

And also, I think it would have been the right step to ask this question in the ANN thread, instead of throwin accusations around:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annlsk-lisk-blockchain-application-platform-for-javascript-developers-1346646

They should at least provide those links on their page because I myself will consider them scam if they don't. This is somehow deceiving users if one don't have the courage to ask like p2p did, I wouldn't know such pages exist. Pow it is!

And hence it is proved that LISK is not a scam.  Roll Eyes

Buy my LISK if you want to survive govt corruption and endless printing of fiat.

Whether on not LISK is a scam remains to be seen. It's initial distribution was perhaps one of the best of any ICO on here.

I do not like there is no POW stage. Also I liked that NEM put usernames up to demonstrate who invested. They could have done that.

Overall POW is better if done correctly.

You however are a known scammer as I can prove by pasting your post thread histroy here.

You were one of the main supporters of DARKCOIN/DASHcoin

Defending it's captive instamine and defending it's reduction of the minting by 75%.

You simply said everyone was just butthurt who didn't get to instamine and be holding coins whilst they were magnified to 4x their original % of total minting.

You have absolutely no grounds here to lecture on scams. Your opinion has been shown without doubt to be tainted by financial gain only with no objectivity present at all. You are both a scammer and pumper. This is without doubt.

POW is far superior is a fair release protocol is followed with NO reduction of the previously specified minting by 75% - these make a mockery of the POW method of distribution.

Bring back POW with fair release protocol. End of initial distribution and immediate price manipulation scams.

If it is going full ICO now this board then they should advertise and give a pow period too.

OK, maybe I over reacted in my panic of seeing a zero balance, but it would really help if a link to the first login could be provided from the main lisk.io page.

Yeh, you over reacted. I made the same mistake logging in the wrong location. I am not sure but i think the second link is the dapp store, not sure how it will work.

I have an advice for you though. Download your private keys if you have not on the ICO page. If anything happens to the website, some hacking, etc you still own the keys  Wink

even if it is, even if it is complete vaporware, with zero users the market cap could get to 1B+ with the right marketing team, advertising, pumping, hyping, spamming, and FUDing of all competitors.

LISK is s scam and the sooner people realise the better. I'd never invest 1 cent in a college dropout and a failed ColdFusion developer. Sorry you got stitched up.

I was trying the second link which is now very prominent. I didn't know the first link was still available. I see it now after looking under the ICO area (which I would have never thought to do since the ICO is over). When I login at the first link I do see my exchange. What a relief.

OK, maybe I over reacted in my panic of seeing a zero balance, but it would really help if a link to the first login could be provided from the main lisk.io page.

Glad its sorted for you.
