Because the Lisk chief dev posted at least one message saying not to. Before that message was spread around, I saw three Lisk trading threads.

I own some Lisk, admittedly, but I also own some IOTA: ~30'000's worth, all bought on the Nxt AE at post-ICO prices. So my conflicts of interest balance out enough to make me agnostic.

Perhaps you wanted to answer to BlackWidow . But, well I'm telling the same just about 99% of the altcoins. Anyway we are still in an early phase of a long way to go and Rome wasn't built in a day.

And most of my BTC is invested in other alts, 100% of which I don't see having any real-world value...

That's what the altcoin game is all about, sadly.  Buying and selling with a profit (hopefully)

Bitcoin is the only crypto that actually has gained enough wide-spread attention that it can be used to buy and sell in the real world (sure, other alts can, but not as many retailers accept them).

Even ETH has all these projects, but where are the tangible results?

I dont think Lisk will fall as i see many supporters of Lisk. They have a higher goals and plans for this project. Many are hopeful and I believe so. As there are many supporters,more likely Lisk will stay.

Nobody wants IOTA thanks for the free lisk promo though.

Just another question. Do you see any altcoin (incl. ETH and Iota) getting real world use in the near future? I don't think so, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

You tell me some facts that prove my statements wrong. Do you really see lisk getting real world use. Thats what you need for success these days.

After people realised what they got for their investment, I could put up a post stating I would buy out anyone at equal to ICO price per  LISK and there would be a line out the door

I can tell you exactly what you were thinking. You were in HOPE that Lisk had enough to perform like Ethereum and Iota. That is verbatim what was going through your mind.

News flash - it isn't even able to fall into the Bitcoin-Litecoin / Ethereum-Lisk comparison you are on your knees praying for.

And Iota isn't trading at 30x ICO price pre-launch by accident either. It already has more than the Microsoft association with grants and other partners in the real world as well. It is the first non-blockchain ledger. Real innovation within a sector of mindblowing growth expected.

You won't see  ANY  pre-launch trading AT ALL.

You know why?

Because there will be zero demand.

None!

No one truly believes in LISK. None of you care. You could give two shits about it other than making a few bucks.

There will be zero demand. Everyone that was going to buy already did.

Now every one of you is looking to sell

You know what that means, right?

It will establish a floor at 1000. This won't be a profit situation. It will be a minimizing loss game.

As you all run for the door, each person that get out before the person behind them will lose alittle less.
