General rule there are 3 tiers trading of accounts:

1. First tier: If you want only trade cryptocurrencies and never withdraw your profits in the form of FIAT you probably won't be asked to verify your account.
2. Second tier: If yo want to trade cryptocurrency and sell your coins and withdraw FIAT.
3. Third tier: Full account, if you want to use FIAT to purchase cryptos, trade cryptos and withdraw both FIAT and cryptos.

Yes, only Europe, USA, Canada and Japan are able to deposit and transfer out fiat currency. But you can use MisterTango, to deposit and withdraw to/from Kraken. Some people are using this to use exchanges so your bank don't really know your money is coming/going from/to exchanges Wink

I was not aware that some countries are not able to make deposits and withdrawal fiat currencies. But searching in their FAQs I found the following here and it seems the countries allowed are, USA, Canada, Japan, and any countries from European Economic Area (EEA). At least, this is how I understand it, but I can be wrong of course.

Bittrex asks id as soon you start to use fiat. Kraken doesn't as long you stay in the tier 2. And the tier 2 is far enough for deposit and withdraw fiat as long you don't plan to have some big volume transfer monthly, as said tier 2 is just fine and you just need adress, phone, ect. they don't ask ID scan, selfie and so on. I would defintely recommand you Kraken

Yes kraken is accepting dealing with fiat for not so much verification. But you need to be verified tier 2 not tier 1.

With tier 1 You can trade between all currencies, but account funding is limited to altcoins only.
With tier 2 you can deposit and withdraw fiat up to $2k daily and up to $10k monthly

The difference if i remember well is for tier 1 you need to provide phone number, birth date, full name and for tier 2 you need to provide your address... Tier 3 verification is only required in the case you are planning to trade above $25k daily or $200k monthly. Then you will need Government ID, utility bill as proof of residence, and SSN if you are a US citizen

btc-e never asks for any kind of identification from its users and it has been around for almost as long as bitcoin has been around Smiley

also bittrex doesn't need ID either. you need to read the details of it from your settings page, i don't remember the details but i have been trading there and i have never provided them with any ID proof.

c-cex.com is also like this but it is a small exchange service.

p.s. bittrex and poloniex don't have real fiat markets. but btc-e and c-cex does.

You didn't mention the country but there is Kraken that don't require any ID verification but you need to provide those info in your account profile.

Tier 1 - you can deposit and withdraw in digital currency only. Trading, however, is enabled in digital as well as fiat currencies. Full name, date of birth, country and phone number are required.

Then you have Liqui.io that also don't require ID either but they don't support much coins as Poloniex or Bittrex.

I didn't mention country because its part of ID proof.

Wow! good to know that Kraken let you convert coins to fiat and sit with them until you decide to buy some other coins. Do you know any other good exchange which like Kraken let you convert in fiat and let you trade with coins later?

They must not be letting you withdraw fiat without ID proof though I am interested in digital currency withdrawal only.

Which exchanges don't require ID proof if no fiat currency is involved?

I have got in touch with bittrex/yobit and poloneix.

Yobit doesn't require any ID proof.
Poloneix limits withdrawal to USD 2000/day without ID proof.
Bittrex requires ID proof if fiat is involved.

Please help me find couple of more well reputed exchanges which don't require ID proof if not dealing with fiat currency.
