Is there any way to tell if the airdrop is scams or not? There are many airdrops sprouting daily and it is hard to tell if it is legit.
Some airdrops are asking for your private keys so if you're not mindful you easily put your private keys in the form and all your coins will be gone. Well for me, even if it's not a legit one it doesn't matter with me as we'll just getting it for free besides there's nothing to lose. Some airdrop coins have a good value in the market while some are just waiting to get soar.
Seriously? Some ask for your private keys? I'm surprised people would fall for that - it's like asking for your ATM pin, email password or mothers maiden name
I think many coins that 'only' do an airdrop, and don't have an ICO, mining, bounty or some other program attached to them are worth being a little more cautious around.
Also worth keeping an eye out on the team, self moderated threads and any coins that over promise. I remember there were a couple threads that I commented on, questioning the claims of the 'developer', and sure enough my posts were deleted. Definitely wasn't interested in participating in those airdrops!
