Um...sorry to point this out,but you realize that all of these coins are heavily premined and have no affiliation towards the region they supposedly represent. That makes them coins that merely exploit the name of a place to get some profits,and are inevitably pumped and end up being worthless after the dump.

 you forgot the very first regional coin in USA STLcoin..  St.Louis, mo  born on 1-14-2014;  guess eMark (germany) was very first.. not sure..

You should add:
eKrona (nordic countries)
Gailcoin (or something like that), for ireland
And I think i saw someone mention a coin for Cataluña (Catalonia), a region in Spain
