I don't think it's a good list. First of all, DirectBet which is listed here was closed in May. Also, 1Xbit is scam service, it shouldn't be among top sportsbooks. And I see many sportsbooks on this list, which aren't very popular among bitcoin users.
The main problem is that at the moment there are not so many bookmakers that accept Bitcoin, so here you can see all of the most famous.

from that list,i only know about sportsbet and nitrogen sports,its popular here and of course legit,i just wonder about other site,is that legit?people said they can't sign up. the best time to place bet on sportsbook when some top league like serie-a or premier league start their season. 
Looking at the list, it made my smile... I mean, this is a clever way of mixing the good sports books with the bad ones, so the bad ones to gain some sort of legitimacy in the untrained eye. Most if the bookies in that list blows big time. Remove Nitrogen, 5Dimes, Bodog (maybe) and a couple others and you basically got the list of the worst sports books.
You are right if they will make a list of new sites only people will easily identify them as a scam and hence they have very smartly mixed all of them while ranking their loved/paid ones on the top. I personally gamble mostly at cloudbet and that is the best site I have ever played at, though at times their withdrawals stuck and their support system is just like a computer who says your request has been sent to the team, lol then what are you doing ?

I do not think this is a valid list of sports book,Nitrogen is the legit bitcoin based gambling site in that list and then we could say cloudbet ,other than that i have not even heard about those sports books listed in the list,they have not even advertised in this site and by the way this forum is where all the bitcoiners come to review things and most of the sites in the list are alien.
First of all, Congratulations on making this list, although I find a big part of it not that necessary, There is no need for 20 sportsbooks for a single user and the "real" tops being NitrogenSports and Cloudbet with a rising role for Sportsbet.io is enough.
Having a list is not bad after atleast people do have an option to choose among those sportsbook since we do have diffent taste on playing a certain site and also Directbet had closed its doors and shouldnt be on the list. You do have some point because people will usually go to the most reputable sportsbook and those ranking below those would not gain any attention for sure.

All bookmakers here are ranked according by data alexa.com, which are based on the attendance of the bookmakers' websites. If the website of the chosen bookmaker is more visited, and therefore more popular directly with the players themselves, the higher it is in the ranking in relation to competitors.
