I think as soon as they upgrade HW/SW so they can fight any future ddos we gona see LTC on site... so I think it will be soon, they will profit a LOT from LTC, I can not see in their interest to stall LTC deployment

If it isn't real, they sure could take some advise from it.... multiple servers located in different regions of the world is a good idea.

I think that the letter is potentially real, with a possibility of a fradulent nature.

Not that I believe this is a real PR, but think about it; they've put a block on it until June 9. They're not just going to admit to any random person over email of Twitter that they had a leak and that the PR is real.
