I think so, But i was realized if there is another coin such as syscoin was already implemented the SegWit in his ecosystem.

Looks like litecoin will no being the first to implement the SegWit activation. I'm not a lite coin hater but looks like we should determine syscoin have better development rather than litecoin.

If miners stop dumping LTC 24/7. We will see a bubble. Market supply has to be restricted. My message to the LTC-Miners is to ONLY sell to keep the electricity on and hold the rest, dont rush to BTC. Hodl, now is the time to HODL.

The miners are being induced to buy new ASICs which will force them to vote for SegWit. It is a very clever strategy.

I see three pools in the link you provided, that any one of, can push it very close to the 75 percent threshold. Only one of those three has publicly said anything negative about segwit on LTC (and that's primarily a bitcoin political stance). Also, several minor pools are working towards adopting segwit and will be signalling in the future. It's early to be making predictions one way or the other.
