I read there roadmap and I can't find anything which makes me think now is the time to buy myself some litecoins.

Which of these features is ground breaking innovation? Nothing right. Even if they were, they are far to late.
3 years of being just a bitcoin clone is not helping either.

Improvements to Litecoin Core

A major release of reference client Litecoin Core v0.13.x is due in 2016, featuring the following notable improvements:
Faster signature validation using the libsecp256k library developed by Bitcoin Core developers.
Wallet pruning to reduce block size storage.
Memory usage improvements including better mempool filtering of transactions.
Inbuilt Tor control socket API support if Tor is running and also stream isolation for
Tor communication.
Functionality to reduce upload traffic.
Segregated Witness to allow for greater transaction output and mitigation of
transaction malleability.
ZMQ support – ZeroMQ is a high performance asynchronous messaging library,
aimed at use in distributed concurrent connections. Litecoin will support ZMQ for
broadcasting block and transaction data.
Hierarchical Deterministic wallets – Litecoin Core will support hierarchical
deterministic wallets (a.k.a. HD wallets).
Obfuscated blockchain data – Several antivirus applications detect the Litecoin
stored blockchain data as a malware threat. Litecoin v0.13 will obfuscate the blockchain data to rid these false positives.

It seems litecoin is targeting to be a currency, fast and reliable , nothing sexy, nothing fancy.
If they concentrate on one thing, chances are litecoin will last longer than ETH.

Yes, I'm an asshole
Litecoin is actually (as many people said) a long term investment coin. Its price can jump high and keeps on rising in one interval, then going back down again. I've actually experiencing these ups and downs several time that it made me still hold my faith on ltc although its price is considerably low for some time. But yeah, it was also said that it is being controlled by china. So I think, ltc's probability to reach certain value is influenced by china's big players.

HODLing is an art, not just a word...
Call me crazy but I believe this thing can touch 0.1 any time soon

i don't think it is going to happen soon but litecoin has always been a very interesting altcoin for many years before and don't see any reason why it should change and this stable accumulation phase is a good sign of a future big rise.

With so many new projects it is difficult to know with certainty if LTC could go up at least in short time.

looking at long term LiteCoin has always been one of the interesting altcoins of all times and it has been keeping up with bitcoin and in fact LTC price has changed a lot with bitcoin price in the past and i think this time is going to be the same.

so i vote for 0.03BTC because i believe there is another big rise in LTC future.

Hmm, if a country they decide Bitcoin is too expensive for their citizens, and litecoin can be well  suited to be their currency, then we are set.
I am day dreaming, of course...

LTC will go up with bitcoin, and bitcoin looks like it will keep going up in the next few months, as only a small drop during halving shows bullishness plus miners need the price to stay or go up to make profits. 600k sats for a litecoin is still cheap. Just Hodl!

Litecoin Is Back: New Roadmap Signals the Start of a Renaissance
http://bitcoinist.net/litecoin-roadmap-renaissance/
This is definietely the right (and the only move) if developers and community want to keep LTC around. But I am afraid it is too little too late.
Litecoin is basically the second 'big' cryptocurrency created and after 5 years of development it hasn't changes much - it is still Bitcoin's poor clone basically.
And I don't think this new set of goals will change situation.

I voted between 0.01 and 0.02.  Hell I remember trading the ratio when it was between 0.02 and 0.03.  I feel like a lot of wind has been taken out of LTC's sails due to all the other new alts hitting the scene, but when the fanfare dies down I expect LTC will gain back what it's lost in the last couple years.  Stability and simplicity are worth more than bells and whistles.
