For this matter, our focus on Monero and Litecoin is intentional, as both coins align with our core values of privacy and decentralization. Monero (XMR) is well-known for its strong privacy features, while Litecoin (LTC) offers fast and low-cost transactions. These attributes make them ideal for our non-custodial exchange model.
I don't see LiteXero is supporting mweb Litecoin addresses with mimblewimble, that would be much more in line with your privacy statement.

Our system will show on screen around 50 wallets to use for you to send your payment to.
After the payment is confirmed, you’ll be able to complete the swap, and the requested amount of cryptocurrency will be sent to your provided address.
So I can send any amount I want, without any limits, minimum or maximum amounts?
I don't like not seeing exact amount of other coins I am going to receive from exchange.

At the moment, LiteXero does not support MWEB (Mimblewimble Extension Block) addresses, but we are always striving to enhance our service in alignment with our commitment to privacy. Supporting MWEB is a feature we're actively exploring to ensure we offer our users the best privacy-preserving technology available. Stay tuned for updates on this.

Currently, we have a minimum transaction amount of $30. There are no maximum limits, meaning you can send any amount beyond $30 that suits your needs.

Let’s say you want to send $100 worth of Litecoin (LTC) for an exchange into Monero (XMR). To calculate the amount of XMR you would receive, we can use a general example based on a typical exchange rate (please note the rates fluctuate based on market conditions):

Assume the exchange rate is 1 LTC = 0.0045 XMR.
With $100 worth of LTC (let’s say, 1 LTC is approximately $70 USD at the time of transaction), you are sending about 1.43 LTC.
After the 5% fee, this amount would reduce to around 1.36 LTC.
Multiplying that by the exchange rate (0.0045 XMR per LTC), you would receive approximately 0.0061 XMR.
Please keep in mind that the actual amounts may vary depending on the live market rate at the time of the transaction. Our system ensures that you receive the most accurate rate, applying a flat 5% fee.

We understand the desire to see the exact amount of the other coin you’ll receive in exchange before making a transaction. Currently, our rates are dynamic, which means they adjust based on market conditions. We charge a flat 5% fee on all transactions, but due to market fluctuations, the exact amount can vary until the moment of the exchange. We are working on enhancing the clarity of these calculations for users in the future, ensuring more transparency regarding the final amount.

we may use Exch as a trusted partner to ensure liquidity and smooth processing. If we notice that Exch's wallet is full, as they use a single wallet for all incoming and outgoing Monero payments, we handle these transactions ourselves. This ensures that your order isn't delayed due to external factors.
So the data might be shared/process completed by a third party, if you mention that you are using Exch it will gain you credibility but in this case the service doesn't even provide a message signature or proof because the address is for your service.

Our service does depend on JavaScript to dynamically generate wallet addresses for transactions. This is primarily to ensure that the addresses are created. Without JavaScript, the system cannot generate and displays the necessary wallet addresses.
A privacy focused platform doesn't do that, try to limit the JavaScript options in refreshing the page otherwise the address generation process might be done by a third party.

It's not about my personal opinions. if you answered all the members' inquiries, your service would be better, but in the current situation it is difficult to trust/use the service.

While we manage our own reserves and handle the majority of transactions internally, we do sometimes rely on Exch to process larger transactions. Exch is a reputable third-party service, and we affiliate with them to ensure smooth operations.

However, all transactions processed by Exch still follow strict privacy protocols. If you prefer not to use our service under these conditions, you're free to directly use Exch.

The concern about JavaScript being used to refresh the page and possibly generate addresses. We assure you that the address generation is handled securely and privately by our system. We are a privacy-focused platform, and we are working on minimizing dependencies on JavaScript for critical parts of the process, in future iterations.

Thanks to the trust our users have placed in us, we’ve successfully processed 167.9227 XMR and 63.7002 LTC through our affiliation with Exch. This partnership allows us to manage high volumes efficiently while maintaining the privacy standards we uphold. If you’d rather use Exch directly, you are free to do so, and we support that choice.

KYC is a Scam – Stay Vigilant

We firmly believe that KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements are unnecessary and compromise privacy. Our service operates with a strict no-KYC policy, as we believe privacy should never be compromised. Be cautious of platforms that require KYC, as it opens the door to surveillance and data breaches.

We’ve created a page listing trustworthy exchanges and highlighting scams (litexero.com/listing) be sure to check it out. We only support Exch, and we want our users to be aware of any services that do not align with the privacy principles we stand by.

If you have a reserve, why isn't the transaction instantaneous after the first confirmation and you must contact the support team to complete the transaction, as it is mentioned on the faq page[1] that the transaction is completed after 30 min to an hour and below it is mentioned that we are part of the exch affiliate program, which of these information is correct, do you have your own reserve or do you use exch to conduct the transaction? If this is true, why do you mention that you do not use third-party services?

I opened the page https[Suspicious link removed]ro.com/crypto/monero/ several times using different browsers and always got the same addresses, without signing a letter of guarantee, how can I prove that I made the transaction? Or even prove that you own those addresses?

The service claims to focus on privacy, but when I closed javascript, I could not get addresses.

Transaction processes are managed internally. While smaller transactions are handled directly through our reserves, for larger transactions, we may use Exch as a trusted partner to ensure liquidity and smooth processing. If we notice that Exch's wallet is full, as they use a single wallet for all incoming and outgoing Monero payments, we handle these transactions ourselves. This ensures that your order isn't delayed due to external factors.

Our service does depend on JavaScript to dynamically generate wallet addresses for transactions. This is primarily to ensure that the addresses are created. Without JavaScript, the system cannot generate and displays the necessary wallet addresses.

After completing a payment, you should provide the following details to help us verify your transaction:

Amount Sent: Specify the amount of cryptocurrency you transferred.
Destination Address: Provide the wallet address where you sent the funds.
Receipt Address: Share the address you want to receive in return.
These details are essential for us to trace and confirm the transaction accurately.

We fully support Exch and believe they are one of the best services in the crypto space. If for any reason you prefer not to use our platform, you can definitely use Exch with confidence. They offer a great alternative for users looking for trusted services.

You should learn the definition of a non-cutodial wallet. Because users have funds in your hand, so for users, it's a custodial service. You are using a non-cutodial wallet, which doesn't mean it's non-cutodial for your users. So please write the truth that will help you to build trust. I will advise you to get a Copper membership and create a professional announcement with more details and instructions. So it will help us to know your platform truly. If you can't do it, then you may hire a high-profile user to make an announcement on behalf of you. So it will be more professional in case you weren't to continue your service here.

You’re absolutely right in emphasizing the importance of clearly distinguishing between a custodial and non-custodial service. To clarify, we operate as a non-custodial exchange in the sense that we do not hold user funds for extended periods. Once a user initiates a transaction, we generate a temporary address to receive the payment, and after the transaction is confirmed, the funds are immediately sent to the user’s provided wallet address. At no point do we retain custody of user funds beyond what is necessary to process the exchange.

However, we understand the concern that, during the brief transaction process, funds are temporarily in our system, and we’ll make sure to be more transparent about this distinction in our communication. Our goal is to ensure privacy and user control over their assets, and we are open to continually improving how we communicate these principles to build trust.

Your suggestion about getting a Copper membership and creating a more detailed announcement is very helpful, and we are already considering this.

I don't see any onion link for Tor browser, and I don't understand why you are only using monero and litecoin for exchanging.
You are not yet listed on kycnot.me (pending approval) and I don't really understand how to swap coins when I can't enter amounts anywhere...

Hi, currently, we do not have a .onion address for Tor, but we are looking into setting one up to further enhance privacy for our users. In the meantime, you can still access our site using a regular browser, and we’ll keep you updated on any future developments regarding Tor support.

While our listing on KYCNot.me is currently pending approval, we are committed to maintaining a non-KYC service regardless. We hope to have our listing up soon. We don’t require any personal information from our users, as we prioritize privacy above all.

The process for swapping coins is designed to be simple and privacy-focused. Here's how it works:

You select either Monero or Litecoin.
Our system will show on screen around 50 wallets to use for you to send your payment to.
After the payment is confirmed, you’ll be able to complete the swap, and the requested amount of cryptocurrency will be sent to your provided address.

Our wallets are non-custodial in the sense that we don’t hold user funds long-term.
That means your wallets are custodial. Not non-custodial.

We generate an input address every two minutes for each transaction, and once the payment is confirmed, we process the requested coin transfer.
This is no exchange, it's a website. Do your parents know you made this?
The site shows 6 addresses (you call them wallets), and after paying, the customer has to contact support to tell them they paid and send their exchange address. I hope nobody is that dumb to use your homepage.

Our service is designed with privacy and simplicity in mind.

While our platform might look simple, it serves a specific purpose. We facilitate secure exchanges between Litecoin (LTC) and Monero (XMR) with a strong focus on privacy. Users are provided with multiple wallet addresses for their transactions, and our system ensures that each transaction is processed securely.

The process you mentioned involves users contacting support to confirm their payment and provide their exchange address. This is done to ensure that transactions are verified and to protect against potential fraud.

And we strive to make our service as user-friendly as possible. The need for contacting support is intended to add an additional layer of security rather than being a hurdle. We believe that clear communication and prompt support contribute to a positive user experience.

We understand that our approach may seem unconventional, but it is designed to offer a secure and private exchange experience. We welcome feedback and are constantly looking for ways to improve our service.

Non-custodial wallet service
In this case you need to report the reserves and sign a letter proving that you own these addresses.

You claim that it is an exchange but it is not, but a service that provides you with Monero and LTC addresses, so why not exchange directly.

In general, it is better to avoid this service.

Hi,

We understand the importance of transparency when it comes to reserves. While we do not publicly display our reserves, all liquidity is owned and managed directly by us, ensuring sufficient funds for every transaction. We do not rely on third-party liquidity providers, which reduces risks and enhances security. Our model is designed to provide private exchanges without the need for extensive KYC or third-party interference.

We operate as a non-custodial exchange service. Users are provided with Monero (XMR) and Litecoin (LTC) addresses for one-time use, facilitating a quick and seamless exchange. This is different from custodial exchanges that hold user funds indefinitely. By using our service, you don’t need to manage multiple wallet addresses or accounts across various exchanges. Our aim is to simplify the process while maintaining a focus on privacy and security.

While you could exchange directly on other platforms, our service provides a layer of anonymity and fewer hurdles like KYC requirements. Many users prefer not to go through traditional exchanges that require identity verification or that hold funds or frozen funds. Our goal is to offer a simple, private, and non-custodial exchange option for users who prioritize these features.

We understand that new platforms face skepticism, and we are continuously working to build trust with our users.

It's worth noting that while we are being called a scam exchange, the signature on your post includes an advertisement for Godex.io, which is known to require KYC and has been associated with high-risk practices.

You have a log-in option, but don't require registration and don't have the option to register an account.

Non-custodial wallet service
Your wallets are not non-custodian. It is very shady to advertise not to hold users funds when you actually do, and when you add that with the other features you mentioned and the fact that you're just newly registered with no effort to the interface or website display, this looks very much like a scam exchange

Hi,

No Registration Requirement, we offer a log-in option only for admin to reply tickets.

Our wallets are non-custodial in the sense that we don’t hold user funds long-term. We generate an input address every two minutes for each transaction, and once the payment is confirmed, we process the requested coin transfer. Funds are held only temporarily to facilitate exchanges and are sent directly to the user’s provided address after the transaction is completed. This is different from custodial wallets that hold user funds indefinitely.

We are committed to providing a secure, privacy-focused exchange. As a new service, we understand that trust is earned over time. However, we do not require KYC (Know Your Customer), do not collect metadata (like IP addresses or browser information)

We are continually improving our platform, and feedback like yours helps us do so. Our goal is to provide a safe and transparent exchange, and we appreciate your concern.
