Most of the risky exchanges I see that you listed are actually not "non-custodial" They are centralized and custodial because they still have the ability to hold onto or freeze a user's funds.
Also, Godex.io. I don't see them talk about KYC anywhere in their terms of service, so far. So what criteria did you use to determine that the exchange has a high KYC risk?

We don't specifically categorize exchanges as custodial or non-custodial, our focus is on whether they freeze user funds or not. (KYC-related)
There were some reports and complaints from some users regarding Godex.io, which initially led to its inclusion on our list.

However, my recent experiences, including a successful personal exchange I just did it, have shown improvements.
