its truly hard to sue him since all of us here is anon and no trace at all, and same as your though dev of this coin surely happy and enjoying the money he stole from people here, and i beleive that he is just lurking around and reading this thread. We must better be carefull next time for another ico who will go and don't put all in. The police cannot do anything for this since theres no ico scam devs has been seize by the cop.
You wont really be able to sue him. During someone is a lot of work and money. Seeing someone online ober the internet in another country makes it even harder. There so many different laws. Also how will you find this person ? Even if you know their IP and where they live by asking their ISP assuming the allow it which they won't then what will you do ? Open a case of fraud ? This was a free distribution so all he wasted was our time. Sueing won't work for these reasons.
