Sometimes email just go on forum folder if you're using gmail and sometimes in promotions folder. But mostly its on the primary folder, so try to double check those folder.

Did you enable "Notify" in the board/thread you want to receive the notifications? Go to this page[1] and check if everything is right and if there is any board/thread in the "Current (Topic/Board) Notifications" table.

There's a line in each of the email notifications that reminds you to go back to those boards and read some of the threads or else you won't get new notifications (in regards to newly created topics).
Yeah i know that and i always go back to that board and read some of new thread, but sometime i still not receive notification about new thread.
Though, is not always like that.

How to active email notification for a specific board?

Let's try with this meta board.

Once you click the notify link - you will be seeing a small pop up...

My one is showing disable because it's already enabled. In your case it should say enable if you have not enabled it yet. Once you know the status then click OK button or Cancel button. Let's say yours is saying enable, in that case click Ok button.

This will allow the system to send you email with any new topic posted on the meta board only. If you want to unable email notification for other boards then I suggest to follow the same procedure.

How to active email notification for a specific topic?
Let's use this current topic as an example. On the top right corner or bottom right corner please look for...

Once you click the notify link, you will see the same popup you have seen for board notification. If it is saying enable then click Ok button. This will allow the system to email you once a new comment made on this specific topic.

Side note: Make sure you have a valid email address connected with your BitcoinTalk account and sometimes emails may end up on your Junk folder of the email client. So, make sure you check the junk folder too.

Reset everything you have done and try this method. Hope this helps.

Same with me, i received it but not all of them. Maybe if there's too much thread that created in same hour or etc, it will not send a notification to our email or something?

Hello 👋🏻
The little problem is that it's not working at all! When i enabled it on a forum to get notifications about new topics it didn't work and never received any mails about it
And there's a friend of mine getting some of them but not all! I just don't know how this even works 😂
