Hi gazilla, thank you for the question 
The amount is 7,500,000 Varnzen Tokens are going to be created. This accounts for the total of both the Pre-ICO, ICO (as well as their respective bonuses), Bounty, Team Reserve.
An article will come out soon about why we picked that amount. Naturally, any tokens that are not used in the Pre-ICO and the ICO will be burned, never to return again. We want the Varnzen Token to be valuable, therefore we will keep a very strict eye on what happens with every single one of them.

Yes! The biggest factors are two: the ease of use that it will provide -User Experience is currently not up to par for most Dapps, in my opinion- and the focus on blockchain technologies, meaning, freelancers will only be able to get paid in different cryptocurrencies. Varnzen is 100% blockchain-focused!

Let me see if I got this question right thresher and by all means, feel free to correct me if this is not your question. Basically you're asking what would happen if a project-owner has a disagreement with one of the Varnzen freelancers, correct? In that case, the project would enter mediation and we'll get involved to resolve everything to the satisfaction of both parties
I'm glad to see that answer. Sometimes the feedback is really troubling for us. Not every project is sensitive to investor's problems and feedback. I hope this situation will be what you said about it. Thank you so much for your assistance.
