I had an old account registered many months ago, I wasn't remembering the password and I've tried to recover it. I had a major issue: after writing my email in the field, the button to continue wasn't working (I was able to click but the page wasn't loading at all). I needed to register another account to try the site.


UI/Interface:

I use a lot the sportsbet site and everything looked so familiar. I like the sleek and fast desing, even with my high latency internet link the experience is pretty solid and after the password recovery i never got stuck

The landing page is smooth and is offering pop-ups to join by Gmail (fast and effective) and also to connect to MetaMask wallet instantly.
The sign up part was therefore really fast and easy - but I have to admit that I did not like that I can link the account without a specific password.
I feel that even by linking through Gmail a password prompt should be implemented.

I purposely sent BTC with minimum fee to test if it will arrive to my account instantly while still being unconfirmed - and it did which is a plus and is luckily becoming a gambling standard. I used only 1mBTC.

I played some Wild drops, lost 0.51 mBTC and wanted to withdraw to test, but unfortunately the minimum withdraw amount is 0.5 mBTC

I went to play Blackjack and I won a round, so I went to withdraw my 0.64 mBTC - and it kept giving me an error. I assume it might be because my deposit still hasn't settled so I'll update when I try to withdraw tomorrow.

Overall it was a pleasant experience - if my withdraw will be successful of course.

I created an account on Livecasino sometime back and took part in one of their earlier promotions where they were rewarding 1 mBtc for free to some Bitcointalk forum members for a Bombay Club game which is why I didn't need to deposit anything.

Registration was pretty straightforward and they didn't require any important KYC details. Loved the design of the site which was pretty similar to Bitcasino's design which is one of my favorite crypto gambling sites.

I created an account on Livecasino.io and made a small deposit (0.7mBTC) to test it out and here is my honest review:

Design:
Overall, the design looks great especially the dark colors and everything is where it's supposed to be which makes navigating through the website and accessing different pages really easy and straightforward even for new users.
There are just few things that I think need to be improved to make the website look even better, such as:

• The title tag:

"#1 Live Casino in Canada" makes it look like if Livecasino is a local business designed for Canadian users only.

• Website logo:

I didn't find the the text font used and the character spacing very catchy. Also the white circle becomes invisible on the title bar when the tab is active.

• Loyalty icon:

clicking on the yellow icon on the top right corner (next to the Deposit button) takes to the "Loyalty" page, so the icon image should be the same as the one on the sidebar menu to avoid any confusion. Besides, it looks like the link was made with JS because when you hover over it, the link doesn't appear on the status bar. So, it may be a good idea to add a title attribute to it so the visitor knows where it redirects.

• Bitcointalk icon:

the link to the bitcointalk announcement thread in the footer uses the bitcoin icon. It would be better to replace it with the one bitcointalk uses (you can find it here)

Registration:
The registration process was very straightforward. I registered by connecting my metamask wallet.
The option to register/log in by connecting your wallet is usually used by anonymous casinos but on Livecasino, even after connecting your wallet to create a new account, you still need to provide more information such as your date of birth and you have to verify your email address. But after completing the registration, you can access your account just by connecting your wallet without having to enter your username/password. So it's still a nice and useful feature. Unfortunately, it's not available on the mobile version.
Note: When I opened my account from a different device (my mobile), I instantly received an email warning me that someone accessed my account from a new device and asking me to contact the support if it wasn't me. This is a great security measure!

Deposits/Withdrawals:
Livecasino accepts nine cryptocurrencies but when you log in for the first time, only bitcoin wallet will be visible. To deposit another cryptocurrency, you have to add it manually by clicking the Add/remove button on the Funds page. What I noticed, is that the page freezes for few seconds when clicking on that button (using desktop and firefox browser).

• Deposit:

As I said, I deposited 0.7mBTC. The coins were credited to my account instantly although the transaction was not confirmed yet. This is great since I can start playing without having to wait for the transaction to get confirmed. No fees were deducted, I received exactly 0.7mBTC.

• Withdrawal:

Still waiting for the deposit transaction to get enough confirmations (3 confirmations needed) to be able to withdraw...
As soon as the deposit transaction got 3 confirmation, I made a withdrawal request for the remaining balance (0.6055mBTC). Although the FAQ says that most withdrawal requests are processed instantly, mine is still pending... maybe because it's my first request and some checks are needed.!
Update: Few minutes later, the request got processed and I received the whole amount (0.6055mBTC). No fees were charged, Livecasino paid the transaction fee (24sat/vb, more than enough for the transaction to be included in the next block, even mempool.space says it's 3× overpaid).

I played few slot games and was amazed that Livecasino provide the RTP, volatility, hit ratio... for all the games.
The only drawback is that the minimum bet amout for some games is a bit too high (0.2mBTC).

After completing the necessary conditions, I received the payment.

I made a deposit into the website using the BTC option, the funds refelected into my account very fast, no delays and no problems about that at all. I see users can sign up either through Google, Facebook or by completing the registration form, one of the requirements (though stated optional) is that of users phone numbers, i think that is somewhat unnecessary and only very few users are going to provide such information, what do you guys need it for if i may ask? There is also the requirement of date of birth to be filled, i can see in your earlier post you stated it is specifically to ensure users below 18 can't use the site, hell that is very easy to circumvent by just falsifying your age, so i consider it unnecessary as it doesn't in any way help for the purpose for which you put it there, but it could turn out to be counterproductive as users who are strict about their privacy could discontinue from the site (and going no further) upon seeing that.

Smooth interface, simple and multiple ways to sign up and deposit, I was up and running within a few minutes. Minimum deposit is 0.00025 BTC which also went through quickly.

In a casino website I primarily look for peer 2 peer games like poker where the odds are more in the player's favor and you are not necessarily playing against the house itself, so while the Livecasino poker rooms are slick and visually appealing, I think there is great room for improvement especially in that front.

I deposited 1.053 mBTC and it was instantly showing on my account. Let's dive into details.

To many information asked on the registration form. I would not join a casino that ask straight way for my date of birth, and other personal details. Since this is a crypto casino a certain level of privacy will not be bad. To be honest I have entered a wrong date of birth to test the system.

In my understanding, it says you can describe your experience at Livecasino, including the experience of deposit and withdrawal there. This means describing deposit and withdrawal isn't a must, it is just available if you want to describe it.

If deposit and withdrawal are a must, why don't OP separate them from the first requirement? It's very ambiguous and looks like it's trapping the reviewer. Why don't just state that every reviewer must experience a deposit and withdrawal before making a review? So, it is clear that the purpose of this review is to lead us to deposit first.
