However, similar terms and conditions maybe have a simple explanation (I hope, at least). Let's wait OP explanation that can dispel doubts...

Using a VPN from allowed countries while accessing the site through Metamask would be a practice to avoid account resstriction.
You don't need to only access with Metamask, If using VPN 
You can use all register methods because VPN will avoid the restricted blocked country. But keep in mind, a site with blocked restricted country they are really care with you. If you broke their rules/policy by playing with VPN to avoid a restricted country, In the case you have some problems and they know you are from restricted country. Your asset can be gone/seize by the casino.

You can find the licenses in the bottom footer of website.I opened the site and was greeted with a "not available in your jurisdiction" pop up but good thing I can still view the home page. You said Metamask integration will come soon so I'm curious how will you implement the country restriction once it is live?

I think you mean to say bitcasino, for me this new site looks quite similar to bitcasino instead of sportsbet.
Bitcasino = Sportsbet and that is why they use exact same website template with different color themes.Browse to the bottom of Bitcasino page and click on Sportsbook link... surprise surprise.
Is Livecasino doing some plagiarism here?

I think you mean to say bitcasino, for me this new site looks quite similar to bitcasino instead of sportsbet. Anyway, I do not think they have any connection with sportsbet or bitcasino. High likely they are trying to use similar design or probably bought similar gambling software/script. I took a look at the terms page of livecasino and I can say more than 95% are copied from the terms of bitcasino.

The suggestion above was right, use copper membership to bypass the newbie features which isn't able to post images or send a pm to other users which is limited in a newbie account compared to having copper membership. Your ANN thread could more interesting if you include images that catch interest from the gambler's eyes.

Welcome! and I agree with his suggestion. Well, going with the terms and policies of your casino just as the usual concern of every gambler here is about the kyc.
It's like any other casino that when someone surpassed the withdrawal limit, you're going to ask them for kyc and you're going to revoke the account and their money if you find them giving you false info.
