If we think about it, winning from a free bet gets a bigger reward than winning from a normal bet. To say it needs us 100 spin @$0.2 which is equal to $20 to get a $34 win is like getting a win of $14 less the fund used in spinning. While in a free bet, we usually don't spend anything and the $34 dollar winnings from a free bet are $34 which is bigger than the $14 winnings from a normal bet.

It is just a simple calculation and we do not need to tackle about RTPs and house edge to know which one yields a bigger reward/winnings.

Ok I understood you were able to play them in USD, so i was wondering why I always get them in µBTC. Anyway I agree with you, betting $1 by spin starts to be risky if the slot game doesn't provide a very low volatility or a high hit ratio independently from the RTP. I made one time the mistake to rely on the high RTP of the game to confidently place a pretty big stake on spins without caring about the hit ratio and the volatility of the game.
