I looked into the inner working of reality's construct, a
nd there is only one true definitive answer to the question.

freedom!

You got it. Cause you cant value you anything without a choice.

Do I get a prize?! How about a few bitcoins?

  Grin

Thats up to the rest of the form as you saved them allot of tim, as I was going to troll it to the end. And charge em 10 BTC for the answer. So I say you owe me. Lol

LOL. OK, there's freedom and then there's taking liberties! You pose a question, I guess the right answer, and then I owe YOU?!  Cheesy

Freedon is the answer? Not!! Let me lock you up in a cage for 2 days without water and lets see what youre willing to do to get a drink of water.

Most valuable things in life in order:
1) air, without it you'll die in 3-5 minutes in most cases.
2) water, without it you'll die in 2-3 days in most cases.
3) food, without it you'll die in 30-50 days depending how fat you are.

It matters not if your free or not. Nothing has value to you if your dead.

I am thinking of a question guess what the answer is.

Love how you decide to wrench away my freedom to illustrate a point.  Shocked

But yes, air, water and food are, wihthout a doubt, essential to survival. However, you've surely heard of those, like Ghandi, who willfully go on hunger strike to impress upon those who deny them their freedoms their thirst for self-determination. Check out the film "Hunger" by British director, Steve McQueen, about Irish prisoners refusing food and water and willing to die for their right to freedom from British tyranny.

And I've read historic accounts of Africans, during the transatlantic slave trade, throwing themselves overboard rather than remain in capativity (remember that they would have been offered basic amounts of food, water and air to survive the journey as they were of no value dead. Again, however, some refused food or water and threw themselves into the sea when they were taken on deck to get air, even though they were shackled and had no chance of survival).

Depending on the circumstances, death can actually be considered freedom.

TIME

As in spending my time they way I want, and having the time to do the things I want.

"Time" makes more sense.
But what do you do with time if you don't have the freedom to choose what to do with it?

what if you don't have a choice?

Then, presumably, you don't have freedom.

but if there's just plain not another choice to be had.... the lack of options means you don't have freedom?

so what happens when you find perfection? - are you not free?

There's always another choice to be had. Doing nothing is also a choice - even if the consequence might seem dire.

And as to perfection, well... From a practical standpoint, it could be argued that perfection is too subjective. However, given your choice of icon/avatar, surely you realise that allowing yourself (especially your mind) to be free is when you find perfection, regardless of the condition you find yourself in. Of course, if you're just using that symbol because it looks cool... Namaste.

Bloody flow is rather more important than air on that scale, without blood flow you'll die in 7-20 seconds.

In that case, I could just say your head is more important. Or your whole body. You wouldn't be alive at all right :O

Then...the answer would be life!

I always thought it was 'free will' not freedom. You would not know what freedom was if you did not have the free will with which to value it.

I value servitude and overbearing authority. But only if I am in charge. So yeah freedom in not the greatest value, reduces my control and everything.
