I find it odd that he'd steal .20 BTC when there are some buying accounts like his (2012, green positive trust) for up to 2.0 BTC. With red Trust, now it's worthless.

Something seems off. He has made several 1+ BTC loans. His highest loan was 3 BTC. There is no way he would just default a 0.2 BTC loan. Sometimes you see people who take and repay small loans in order to earn trust and default on a big loan later on. This would be the exact opposite of that. I guess there's an explaination for this (personal issues or whatever).
I will take bets up to 0.1 BTC on whether or not he pays back both the .2 BTC and .45 BTC loans (I say he will pay back). Negotiate odds and length of time either here or through PM.
