1. Collateral is needed for each loan we lend. We are open to collateral not only in crypto.
2. We can accept or reject any loan application.
3. We can use escrow for the accepted loan, but escrow fees are yours if they are any. Another way is using a smart contract provided by us or provided by you and reviewed and verified by our team.
