must be a duplicate account wont trust paying btc loans to anyone because I think most of the scammers who used to have paypal they have
now gone to btc

If you are a "high level member" who is locked out (you did not even provide what is your "high level member" account) it would be better to wait then get your account back and then ask for a loan.

Of course the most likely case you just want to do a quick scam.
