Ok thanks but how do I get a message that is signed, I don't think I have any signed message or is a message with a signature?

I do get the feel that you're going to use your account as a collateral that's why you're asking how to sign a message. Your account is not even worth 20$ and collateral should have a value higher than the loaned amount.
