Am I the only person who has noticed that the OP is requesting increasingly large loans as soon as the previous loan has been repaid, while using the exact same collateral each time? This appears to be some kind of reputation building scam.
From what I have seen, senior accounts do not sell for .65
Every week I am paying developer fees, this is the second last loan until im done.
I have one more loan of .8BTC until ive gotten enough to pay all developer fees and then I am no longer in need of loans for this specific project

This. Noticing this as well. If you look at this user's past history he also has a frequency to gamble high amounts (his case against fairproof) and sent out bugged links or something which many people thought was an attempt to scam.
I would be leary to lend this user especially more than 0.40 (the max the account is worth).
I only gamble with my own money. That's was my own money, and I was scammed. That has nothing to do with loans.
"Gamble with your own money". All of this is your own money. This loan is your own money. What are you talking about? If you have money to gamble why do you need the loan? Makes no sense, just another red flag. If this is really such an important project why "spend" money that could be used on this project for gambling?
For starters I am not in the same financial situation I was in when I was playing at FairProof. I lost 8BTC from those scammers. They stole that from me.
That was also months ago now.
Also, these development fees are quite expensive. My own funds are of course being used, though it isn't enough to cover everything (2.6BTC short hence the partial loans).
I do not gamble unless I can afford to lose, when I played at FairProof I could afford to lose, though I didn't and being scammed 8BTC was a position i couldn't be in. If I wasn't scammed I would not need these loans, that's a fact we cannot change.
Tldr, financial situations change. Why are you bringing situations back from months ago when I haven't even been involved in the gambling scene since being scammed by fairproof?

Your point about the malware is another major concern for any potential escrow. He claimed that the account was being held by the lender when the malware was supposedly sent out (the loan was not done publicly). He now has made two consecutive claims of not getting his account back in a timely manner (and the escrow releasing the account details to the lender).
1. Maidak was online (so his profile said) so I got worried. That was solved within 24 hours and resolved.
2. Redsn0w has not followed the procedure both myself and BiTJack agreed to Via PM if he sends te credentials to the lender.
What has this got to do with the malware incident, getting scammed by fairproof (which I still am owed AT THE MINIMUM 1.5BTC) and my loans for my projects??

In other words you plan on repaying this loan then taking out another loan for .8 and running away. It does not make any sense to be continuously be taking out a new loan after the previous one has been repaid as you are doing. If you are really paying developer fees then you should just tell your dev that you will be a week late/behind on payment (as you are taking out weekly loans) then you would save on interest.
I am sorry to bitjack for calling him out on this right after you lent him money as this will increase the chance that he will not repay you
Who the hell are you to come here and tell me how to do business with my developer? I've been doing perfectly fine the past 3 loans and im more than happy to do 2x .4BTC loans instead of a .8BTC one if you are that persistent in being an asshole.
Seriously, this hasn't hindered anyone's chances to get repaid. I'll repay just as I have the last 3 loans. Just because you THINK you have called me out by bringing back situations from months ago, really hasn't done anything at all but arise problems and worries for the lenders which is completely unnecessary and unrelated.
