Even in the light of all the warnings and mass publicity regarding scam protection, scamming has continued to be a major problem today. The more light and publicity that shines on these illegal acts in order to protect the public, the more clever these scammers get in their schemes. If you want to stay out of their clutches, be aware and do not take risks with your money and personal information.

What?

maybe you should avoid the term 'scam' just to give it a more serious touch. it doesn't sound like it's even worth to take a look at it...

But it is the whole point of what I am doing. It is a charity faucet to promote being rational about decisions and not rush to FUD or some sweet talking.

Why would some newcomers think Bitcoin is a ponzi and why would some get scammed by someone sweet talking about how a prominent and well established member he/she is?

The repetition of such words like "Scam" and "trustworthy" would eventually make them lose their value and make people open their eyes to the "facts" and not just FUD or false accusations.

So this is what this is all about (or is it *_^)

It was 1% for round one and now it is 2% for round two. I got some donations for awesome people to the cause. I am would be using that to pay off the interest.

@mlawrence

You got me utterly confused here. Where in the OP I mentioned returning the tx fees that the lender used to send me coins?

You sent me 0.001BTC but you paid 0.0005BTC fees. You were entitled to 0.00101BTC But I sent you 0.00151BTC to cover the 0.0005BTC that you lost due to fees.

Where did I get this wrong again?

Spread the love not FUD-craft  Grin. Besides it is clearly an honest mistake on your end to pay the tx fees. I felt bad to be the reason for that. Dude if the chain was designed to destroy the tx fees instead of giving them to the miner I would probably have commuted suicide by now.

If you really feel bad, make me whole again and send the 0.0005btc I paid.  That will earn you one "Great transaction - will lend again!" post in this thread!

Huh But I did pay you back the 0.0005BTC Huh

Yes, you paid the 0.0005 in the agreement.  Thank you.   Smiley

I'm saying refund the transaction fee I paid - 0.0005 to make me whole.

I have my own reasons to create this game but I assure you gaining reputation is not one. however explaining a joke ruins it. So I am going to open this question's real answer to speculation.

Wow!  I was paid back!

Status: 0/unconfirmed
Date: 4/3/2013 20:11
Credit: 0.00151 BTC
Net amount: +0.00151 BTC
Transaction ID: f31b1e0ad49cc963b828f3c62843695d910572dfce8d786fd34323926ccb2f27

I made 0.00001 BTC, or 13 cents.  This came from lophie's own pocket.  He is now out 0.0051 BTC, or 65 cents.

He will now use this successful transaction to build reputation.  Let's watch and see what happens...

Dude.... you paid fees..... so you are losing money even with the 1% interest... -_-.

Payback tx: f31b1e0ad49cc963b828f3c62843695d910572dfce8d786fd34323926ccb2f27

Paid 0.00151BTC, The loan + the tx fees you paid -_-! + the 1%.

Sorry I was a bit late. Hence the lazy part Tongue.

Use electrum it doesn't force 0.0005BTC I paid 0.0001. This is a game. No need to waste money on tx fees to rush them to the chain.

Round one done. Lets the games continue!
