Bro. i think he is a scammer he scammed upto more than 500$ + please check his untrust feedbacks and negative feedbacks and don't give your collateral first to him.
Yes, if you still want to trade with him, remember to use a reputational escrow to hold the collateral. But I doubt he will seriously give you the loan.
