As waiting for the one day when LB will change back its policy...how many lives you have?

I have one life but LocalBitcoins have banned many countries, not just one. Since localbitcoin earn money form trades/deposit/escrows fee, maybe they will realize that this act has considerable decreased their revenue and other sites like localcryptos etc are getting more customers, will make them change their mind a lot earlier than we can think.

Apparently you aren't the only one having issues with their verification process. This user in Reddit posted that his documents have already been denied twice by their verification process and maybe this is a system wide problem for them since aside from people having trouble verifying their accounts there are also users who are still locked out from their accounts until now. And without any real updates directly from LocalBitcoins (since they also suspended countries quietly) I wouldn't expect them to have their process improve in any time soon.

I have send the support ticket but waiting for the reply.  Is it confirm that if we write them to close the account , they will return all the Bitcoin ?
Have you or anyone tried it successfully. Although i may not like to close my account as i have many successful trade history, in case one day localbitcoins lifts the ban.

There was a thread just like yours with the same problems:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.53719100

Simply put he had the option of either accepting the ToS os delete his account, he confirmed he received his BTC.

One thing for sure, don't do anything unless you have confirmation from their customer support, the waiting list is damn long due to the changes, at some point I counted like 4k tickets a day so if something goes wrong or there is a miscommunication you will have to wait a while.

Recently, Localbitcoins ban few countries from using the localbitcoins and i am belong to one of these countries.

Nothing you can do about this has been an issue for a lot of people around here lately and none managed to find a solution.
Contact support, inform them you want to delete your account and in 14 days they will send you all the BTC you have on the balance to the address you've confirmed with them.

Then why i am still allowed to login the site and also i can still deposit. If they want to ban, they shouldn't allow me to login.  They have only ban the trading.

And if they would block your login you would be screaming on how to get your BTC back, right?
Besides, as long as you know your old address there is nothing they can do to stop you from depositing!

You could try to VPN from a country on the whitelist as it could just be you cant verify because of a geoIP restriction.

VPN in and see if it still greyed out.

The issue is not related to VPN. I am already done KYC uptil Tier 2 and unable to verify at Tier 3 (As shown in below screenshot) . So even if i use VPN, the site already knows that i belong to which country.

I would suggest that you  start transition to other website called Localcryptos.
They can't ban you and you hold private keys for your account.

It could be a flaw in their system, or they want it to be. When you signed up for an account on their website, they didn't check your IP address or anything to know where you were, so you were still allowed to use their services. And now when you need to withdraw money, it means you have to verify, they will know where you live, the bad thing is that you live where they are prohibited  Roll Eyes
I think you should submit a support request, and if it can't help you, using someone else's identity might not seem good, but it can help.

When i click on verify, it does not allow me to verify and it is grayed out.

I guess you have to pass Liveness test before heading to Tier 3 verification, there might be a problem with your PC browser, check on your phone first, if it doesn't work too, then submit a ticket: https://localbitcoins.com/support/request/

Why not you read their Terms of Service? They can ask for verification, they have clearly stated in Terms of Service.
He can't verify (probably) because his country is banned from the website.

You have BTC in a website and you are allowed to do so. After a few months, the website bans your country. But you already have coins in there. What do you do? The answer should be: withdrawal and close account. There is no other solution after all. Smiley

OP, please contact the support.

In certain situations (e.g. due to the regulatory or legal requirements) we may require enhanced identity verification. This may include requirements to verify details or sources of funds regarding payments you have made or received during trades on LocalBitcoins as well as bitcoin transactions that you have sent or received from your account.

Did you try to contact their support to let you take your coins and close your account afterwards?

I have not contacted support yet. Anyone else also facing this issue ?

Localbitcoins ban few countries from using the localbitcoins and i am belong to one of these countries. They did not mention that they will not allow the withdrawal.
Damned Lips sealed I have no rude intention to you, I just feel uncomfortable with what you present  Undecided What do you think is a ban? Once they ban your country, that means you are not allowed to use any services on their website  Undecided And see what you are doing? You use their service without credentials, I bet they will not accept payment for you.
You should use someone's information on this forum (maybe you should buy it) to verify your account and then withdraw money. I'm not sure it's a good idea, it may be a bad idea, I haven't done it before. In case there is no other way, you should try  Wink
