Another user PMer me shortly after I made this thread, I am 100% sure its him. He asked me if I was interested in the same product and said he is willing to do 50/50 and told me exactly how much btc he needs, something that loki told me because my wallet is set in euro and not usd. He speaks just like loki, I’m so sure that this is he’s other account. Yeah sorry i bought a new macbook recently and im still trying to get used to everything lol. I think he scammed me because he said he would be online for hours and he went offline straight away.. plus in the beginning i asked if this was available for a instant trade and he said yes. He will prob come up with some bs about how impatient I am and because i reported him, that he now doesnt wanna trade anymore and refund me.. lol really sad tbh.
Are you trying to say that you have got the same experience from this user?If yes then don't hesitate to open a separate accusation like OP did. Collect all related evidences to make your accusation stronger and include all to your own thread.
I also noticed that he changed the email on hes bitcointalk right after he received my funds basically.. so thats also a red flag.
I have also checked his profile and got that he changed his email address recently. Maybe accont ownership has been changed and everything starts to happen right after this. 
The user has zero reputation in this forum. I wonder how you ended up trusting him

Always be keen and use escrow. The fee an escrow service asks you to pay is way too low compared to losing the whole amount.The account probably changed hands a few days before scamming you. Not after. These are the sort of things you look out for before dealing with anybody

For now you can send your thread link to him through forum PM system and hopefully he will make a response here. Until then keep patience and don't forget to share updates here.
Scammers have a tendency of making a few trades with hope of building trust and postive feedback before scamming users. If he has any complaint against a forum member, he has to use the "Reputation" board and not this one. Doesn't need to use a specific format as he can explain what happened with verified proofs.Op, no one will be banned for scamming others. He will just receive a negative feedback from dt members as a warning for others not to make deals with him. You can create a flag in the scammer's profile and leave the aproppriate feedback too.
Fortunetly, the scammed amount is not that big. It's a lesson for you too not to trust others with your money. Next time, better to ask for an escrow.

I was buying yt premium, he pmed me that he could do it and i send him 30 usd now he is telling me that he receiced the btc and to wait 24 hours when i specificly said i need this right now.. right after that he went offline when i told him im not gonna wait and that he has to refund me lol
