That is unacceptable unless they found something out that you crossed within their rules and regulations you agreed upon before you completed your registration on their site for an account.
There is this thread you should visit since it seems to be an ongoing occurrence for most of their players who win and are not paid out their winnings in an appropriate time frame.

Good luck to you in getting any sort of response from their support people who work for them. Alot of people are saying they are just the worst in the business.
