Most likely because there are different minimums and maximums when it comes to investing and bonuses that with it.

I think that Loligo token will be utility token on ETH Blockchain, and later Loligo blockchain will be launched with Loligo coin that will be like Bitcoin, POW and minable and will be used as a store of value.

Well that actually makes a lot of sense, when I read what you are saying.Coin on separate blockchain and token on ETH blockchain each for a specific thing.
