try to learn every altcoin on the exchange that you use, if you daily traders can certainly maximize their moment of fluctuation, the connotation for daily trading is to look for a small tiered profit, but it will drain your concentration. The long term is a different condition, and you will be calmer when the coins you buy are in a downtrend, which must be understood is the correlation between weekly and monthly charts and you can enter orders up to 100%
The best way to learn the both of it ( long term and daily trade) is to do some research about it first, so in that way we will become familiarize in everything and we can choose between both of it. Long term hodling is good but it takes too much courage and too risky for us, while daily trading is less risky yet need fast hand in trading. Instant return of profit is in daily trade but there is more chance of having a greater income in long trade.

Hello everyone, I was introduced to this forum by a friend who advice me to be marketing IEO/ICO companies but I see trading as the only thing I picked interest and willing to spend time here to learn. As a result of this I have dedicated 5 - hours daily to learn about crypto tradibg here in the forum since my research only keep me discouraged and scared due to their negative emphasis. I will like to know the difference between shot term and long term trading and the one that is much profitable. Also the different risk involved in both.
Best Regards
CHRIS
daily trading might be safer because we might be more vigilant if we see a sign that dump prices are coming. I think now daily trading is more profitable. the cycle is that we are better off making small but sustainable profits than big profits but only once
Depending on the preferences of the investor but I think long-term investment should be considered more because the market in the past few days is very bad and makes investors worried. In fact, day trading is very good for your profits but without good knowledge you will lose a lot because the recent volatility of the market is making investors psychology very easy to panic. The best advice is to choose only long-term investments in some coins like Bitcoin or Ethereum.

There are a lot of traders who want to earn profit daily, and I think it was not profitable because if your goal is to make more money every day. It was not enough because the value is just changing a little bit of amount than the long term trading. It has a massive difference in the exchange of money. Common mistakes of the newbie trader are always aiming for the daily profit, but that was not much profitable, unlike in the long term. In the long run, it takes the time that the coins reach the highest price but worth it then daily.

If its a bear market, dont expect the price to change a lot in a day or price will not move enough that could give you profits thats why day trading is not advisable on this kind of market condition. Long hold and patience is what you need. Dont listen  to those who give out signals, they are just helping themselves and not the others as they already bought ahead of you before they made an announcement.
I agree with you. Most of the signals at Telegram are not reliable and will only make you more losses if not careful. I think we should take the time to add more knowledge about trading because this is the knowledge necessary to survive in the bear market. I often analyze  before making investment decisions, so I avoid a lot of unnecessary risks and always set stop lose to prevent the worst situation.

Actually all activity depend your decision, you want grow your capital or profit. The different between those strategy only time but become amazing and ridiculous when handle by people who doesn't have knowledge and enough fund. The best how to learn those strategy is in the field ( market ). Try your best, make a journal and fix your mistakes.

Yes, you are right, we are the master of our decision, so no matter what we do with our fund if we will use it wisely and maximize it then we can have profit. Although for me day trading is much better as there is no assurance in holding for long term, so I prefer what can make me profit in short term even not too much rather than panicking always when the price is dropping.
If anything the opposite is true, if you bought bitcoin at any time except during December of 2017 then most likely you have profits, that should give you an idea of how profitable it is to hold your coins for the long term but when it comes to short term trading there is not such guarantee, the price moves in unpredictable ways and very few people have the necessary self-control to not sell their coins for a loss when the market does not do what they want.

If we talking about altcoins i think its much better to trade it in short term because we all know that altcoin is not really sure if the price is goes up or become dead coins. So in altcoins better to be trade in short term. But some altcoins like ether, xrp and more are good to be a long term trading. Those coins have good potentials to hold in long term.

Totally a matter of personal preference. If someone is a bit lazy but clever one, he should go with long term trading. That will save him the trouble of checking the changing prices every other moment. However, his holding must be a potential one like bitcoin so that his wait will not become a waste eventually. Short term trading is the better one and hectic one too. Within short time, trader can earn more.
You can earn more if you are a short term trader but you can lose more as well, short term trading is by far the most difficult way to trade and yet it is the most popular amongst newbies and that is definitely a problem, it is better in this market to start your journey in a slow way and only try long term trades and you can change this once you have corroborated you can be successful, but very few try this approach and eventually suffer the consequences of not doing so.
Short term trading needs also more expertise in trading and demands higher risks because if you trade with the wrong time, you will only lose your money in just a sudden. While long term trading has less risks and is stress free because you will still get profits just by sitting in your chair waiting for your coins to increase its price. No need to monitor daily the price charts just like what a short term trader should do.
It is pretty simple, short term trading are for those people who have a lot of time for trading and also for people who are willing to watch the market every moment and long term trading are for people who are ready to wait for a long time to make profit. Yes short term trade require someone a good understanding and market analysis so i would not consider it good for newbies. When i first enter trading i also choose long term because it is less work than short term and does not require a deep understanding.

Whether it is bearish or bullish there won't be big change experienced which is the reality. There will be continued fluctuation out of the market. Long term profiting will be for users who wants their investments to be secure and doesn't want to take risk. Daily trading has got risk, but if we try we can somehow have a better understanding about the market and gain regularly.

Many underestimate the risk of being a short term trader but even more important they do not really understand how time consuming it may be, I tried day trading in the past and while I got some small profits it was incredibly tiring, I already have a job so I only traded during my free time and it was too stressful as well, but long term trading offers great profits and it is something that I can do in a matter of minutes and it does not affect at all the rest of my daily activities.

Long-term trading is like gambling for me.
we don't know accurate predictions.
maybe it's just guessing or reading a chart. many people recommend it but I think it's very difficult.

someone who believes in future market price growth, of course, he would rather decide to hold it in the long run. although there are some of them who decide to be able to make small profits every day from short-term trading and of course they must be willing to spend a lot of time to avoid losses because they must always monitor market price movements to get profits every day.

Short term trading can be really exciting, but it carries a lot of risks when compared to long term holding. It's your choice, and short term trade requires a lot of paperwork and most people can't do that. There are people who prefer the long term holding because they wouldn't have to stress themselves a lot and also they will be able to reduce tax rates. Long term holding will benefit you more when there Is a bull run, but apart from that, short term trade has potential for big gains.

There is no right one to choose, it all depends on you. If you can take the heavy risks that are involved in day trading, then you can go ahead with it, at least you can make lots of profit (and lose money as well when you put the wrong choice). Long term holding doesn't have much work, so make your choice , but do your research first.
In my opinion, short term trading is less risky than long term trading because in fact, if you know exactly what is happening with the market, you will greatly reduce the big risks. I think long term investments usually don't have a specific time and we are always in a state of anxiety so this year not many investors are making a profit this way. If you know how to analyze the market and come up with a good strategy, it will be very easy for you to make profit because the bear market is help us to buy a lot of cheap coins.

Day Trading VS Long Term Trading has been debatable issue among traders, every traders has their own benefits of trading, some of pro and cons of day trading and long term trading.

1.Long term trading has benefit of less brokerage charges and large profit till your trade goes in right direction.
2.Long term trading has less mental stress as long term traders do limited trades and remain peaceful.
3.Long term trading avoid any wrong decision during sudden news, long term traders do  not panic during adverse situation.

1.Day trading has its benefits also, as day traders think keep whatever they get at the end of day.
2.Day trading has multiple trades which leads to extra brokerage reducing the profit.
3.Day traders also think they feel relaxed as there is not holding for next day so every day is new day.
4.Day traders have to exit their positions at end of day which may be profit or loss.
