For me it was almost 2 days
This is the same as it took last week when the blockchain was saturated with transactions and the rest being unconfirmed just like it is becoming now.

I had to wait 3 days once for a transaction to go through. It was a normal transaction that included a fee but somehow did not get broadcasted properly and I had to rebroadcast everything once again.
When you lose internet connection during the broadcasting the transaction can get stuck.

I heard people complaining about long transactions but I have never waited longer than a few minutes or so. Maybe it is just because I don't do many transactions and sometimes I just don't seat and wait till I get a confirmation. I had a case with transaction on being in the blockchain base, although I recieved money on my wallet.

Luckily, the longest I've ever had to wait for a transaction to confirm was 3 - 4 hours.
This was when I started to try out putting in my own fees. I checked with https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ first to see the normal fees at the time and got 70/byte. I got medium priority.
Turns out the transaction size was 321 bytes.

I'm still figuring out how to calculate transaction size beforehand so I'd be better able to place appropriate fees estimate time. I don't really like just putting more and more fees just to have it a couple minutes faster than someone else. But if it was days then that's a different matter entirely.

Not long ago maybe a month, I had 2 transactions that were confirmed after more than 24 hrs, it was when most of the low transaction fees were being bypassed or something and the gambling site I was trying to withdraw from paid a very small txn fees, so it got stuck for a long time.

My longest transaction was about 15 minutes to get confirmed. So far I never encountered to have long wait for my transactions to get confirmed. All my transactions were fast confirmed.

Sarthak's a dumb girl
I'm sure the longest one would have to wait is forever if the fee is 0 and the input is really high. The time is proportionate(to a certain degree) to what the user pays as the fee, so why are we discussing this again? Or is it one of those so called "discussion"/"What x is your x" questions, that only sig farmers participate in?

Normally all my transactions happen really quick, so It got delayed over a day. Message came it's come but I could not see and I was new I thought I had lost it. Then suddenly after 18 hours it came. And boy I was relived it came.

The longest I've had to wait was around 2 to 3 days, I had sent some coins with a very small fee by mistake.
Now I just send with an extra high fee in comparison and it never happens again.

I don't mind adding even a 0.001 fee, the transaction will get confirmed in the next block, almost for sure.

I had to wait for almost 2 days few months back to get my transaction confirmed but bitpay doesn't accepted it because it take too long that time period to receive bitcoin was expired however i get those bitcoin back (refunded by them).

I now try to include more than blockchain.info wallet suggest as recommended fee like i put extra 20-30% above the recommended fee which is better than waiting for hours/days to get your transaction confirmed.

A little longer than a day and that was 3 years ago when I didn't know anything about bitcoin (it's also not from me but from a gambling site). Now my transactions get through in 2 blocks average. It's not very challenging to learn why a transaction can take a long time. I think people who can't get it simply doesn't care enough to learn about it.

I don't like waiting. When I need to send a transaction I check the average fee per byte of the last block at blockchain.info and send away with that fee, always have my transactions included in the first block. Someone's transaction with a low fee is pushed behind every time I do this, this is how Bitcoin works, it's called a fee market.

Your transaction size is more than 800 bytes with 20,000 satoshi and under high priority, i have just got confirmation on my 250 byte transaction with same fees.

Even your transaction is in high priority https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ showing 30-40 satoshi per byte fee are taking 40-inf minute time to get confirmed right now, so hope you will don't have to wait for days. When there will be less unconfirmed transaction in network, 30-40 satoshi per byte could get fast confirmation.

Well that is kinda technical tho. I don't fully understand it aside from the fees that you were talking and according to that it would only take 180 mins right(estimated)? but it goes for more than 24hrs already. Let's just see then if how far can it goes XD.

I do all transactions with bitcoin was so fast, however, that sent bitcoin can not be used, because there is no confirmation. confirmation of the longest I've ever tasted probably is about 1 hour. although it can still be said to be fast, but I think it is time really very long, because I could not use the bitcoin about 1 hour

1 hr waiting time is basically such a common thing in terms of bitcoin transactions.

this is the current transaction(considering that it is on the high priority list)
