On a scale of 1-10 on scamminess, this rates around 5. His post content is ok (ie. they're not really vapid filler posts, mostly), but the timing of the account creation vs. newbie status is unfortunate. Personally, I'd err on the side of safety and pass on this one.
yeah i know the low post, i read a lot on this forum to setup my miners and learn tricks on OC my video cards, i not a big fan of posting unless i got some questions, trade or specific things, not looking to taint the little rep that i have xD + bitcoin is the best deal in it that I have ventured, really helped me out, especially the situation in my country it's a piece of shit
international currencies and international market access is very difficult to reach here so im just want to get access to other bitcoin instruments like loans in this case, i already have some saving funds etc wich is great, anyways waiting for senbonzakura answer
