Anyone claims sites aren't fair after they lose, the one that I feel is least likely to scam or be faking bets on purpose is Just-dice since it's operated by a known old and already having tons of BTC forum member, You need to pick the right site for yourself on your own though IMO.
Yes Just dice is a site owned by Dooglus here who was the first gambling sites owner here. I always feel safe while playing on his site but for some reason he is now given red trust by some good members. Though you can freely play at justdice, site isn't affected by such things.

Fortunejack has provably fair games, recently they also added poker(you can try your luck in free rolls). btw which game do you like playing?

Which makes hard for people to judge a gambling site... Some people even ask for a refund after they lose too much money in a casino! And then they say the casino is responsible whereas they just had to play only what they could afford to lose!

Most of the sites here are provably fair. But if you want to be sure go for the bigger/older sites with good reputation, and let others testing the brand new sites
. Always do a search on this board for a given casino before you make any deposits, you will find out quickly from the feedbacks if there are any issues with that site.

But it makes me think twice about depositing and playing with my own btc.

When you go broke on Chart Bet we display the "Something went wrong" message instead of the "You just went broke" message (the precise explanation is a bit more complicated, feel free to ask and I will explain, just don't want to hijack this thread with a discussion on how Chart Bet works :-).

Most sites that are represented in this forum are provably fair and many have a solid history of payouts. Any of the casinos would meet the specifications you wanted. If you want dice, Crypto-Games and BitDice are good options. If you are interested in different fun games you can have a look at FastBets (some of the games they have are really fun). MoneyPot might also be a good choice as they also have a wide variety of games.

Fair in the sense what are you assuming that you will win on that sites, then i think you are in a wrong side, in the gambling casino you will always lose at the end, that is my own personal experience, if you are playing poker with real peoples then their are chances of winning.

All depends of what you call "fair" and what type of gambling you want. Most gambling sites are provably fair which means they're not lying to you by cheating. But they might have a huge edge house 
That's why there is House Edge, they will always win at the end if you're betting against them even if they are Provably Fair. If you want fair gamble, bet against people as well.
