There are a lot of platforms you can basically use your Bitcoin to purchase Litecoin without providing any form of documents for KYC in order to use the platform. But only problem has to do with the fees charged when withdrawing your funds from these platforms. Some of these platforms have huge fees charges for withdrawal made on their platform.

I'm purchasing altcoins through Binance. Most exchanges nowadays require KYC but I don't see it as a negative thing but rather a way of securing our funds. We all know that purpose of kyc and if we'll see the risk of passing our personal information, we must also look at the risks of not having it.
For you it's not a negative thing but a lot of people are used to exchanging without KYC and it becomes a hassle if you're only there to exchange a very small amount. Flyp.me seems to be the most popular account-less conversion service, now that Shapeshift added KYC requirements. Another option may be MorphToken. I'm not too familiar with their service but they were mentioned here as an anonymous way to swap coins.
Another service similar to flyp.me is coinswitch, found them from bitcoin casinos that integrated their service.I didn't say that Kyc is a negative thing for me but for my perspective it's helpful in terms of securing our funds and transactions. We have different perspective about KYC and there are people who wants anonymity for their own good.

On Binance i'm sure everyone is allowed to trade deposit and withdraw since there's no KYC when making an account and the limit for non kyc users is high enough.

Download Atomic Wallet for desktop computer and you can buy Bitcoin and Litecoin by using your credit/debit card. They have a By Crypto tab for purchasing cryptocurrency. You can also use the wallet to store your coins. it is a Multi-cryptocurrency wallet that supports 300 plus coin and more than 500 plus ERC20 token. They use changelly.

Like what others said, you can use Binance, though it isn't really anonymous, but at least it doesn't require KYC. You can use a VPN/proxy for more privacy. Make sure to input legitimate information though, just so if ever by chance they shove KYC/AML requirements down your throat. While a bit unlikely, it's possible.
Alternately, you can use DEXs like Bisq, though the liquidity is a lot lower.

Just like Binance, you are not forced to do KYC and will allow a limit of 2 BTC per day.

There are still some cryptocurrency exchanges that don't generally require KYC or they allow you to do business up to a certain extent without the need for KYC. Theres ton of cryptocurrency exchange that allows user to trade without submitting a KYC.I havent submitted any KYC on binance and im still able to withdraw my funds ,but it has a limit of 2btc per day.You can try it if youre doing transactions lower than 2 BTC

Bitfinex still allow crypto only trading without KYC. No idea how long that'll last.

. I thought changelly were good at not doing kyc, people always suggest that one to me.
And coinbase are pretty good at storing crypto, just don't leave funds on exchanges for too long as they have a policy that means they can start using hibernated funds while you have them stored in their accounts...

Binance, changelly and coinbase can probably be used for this.
Coinbase needs kyc but I thnk it's just for fiat deposits to reduce risk of fraud.

Forget Changelly. They'll spring KYC on you whenever they feel like it and keep your money if you don't convince them. And Coinbase? Impossible.
If you want to be anon you need places with clear policies and limits. Binance do this up to 2 BTC. I was unverified on Okex and they gave me 0.5 BTC but warned I could be hit with KYC whenever.
