hey guys
i'm looking for a partner to invest in a bitcoin gambling website.
I don't have the knowledge but i do have the management skills and money to invest.
regards

holy shit man, lol.  that is not a good way to start a gambling site.  it costs a butt-load.  we have a license to run a gambling site and that alone cost $175,000, just the license.  then, building a site from scratch is a pain and will likely get cheated into the ground....

we have been designing a simple fast pick 4 site for over a year.  you simply type in 4 digits over and over and try to match the current randomly chosen four digit number, resetting the number every ten minutes.  the "site", the gambling/payment/numbers code was done in the first month, since then it has been hack our own site/beat that hack....without full blown/nasa level security you will go broke overnight...literally.  imagine our pick 4 site, first security issue...bots typing numbers.....that would mean a guaranteed winner every ten minutes, plus that scammer using multiple IP's and pc's the bot the site and losing thousands within the first five hours.

if you find a partner that knows their shit, then make sure you trust them and pray

BTC to the moon is inevitable...
my budget is not "locked" to this amount.
there are a lot of options with it though:
1. swissbets can setup a full working casino for 15kUSD and 15% of your profit goes to them monthly.
2. some other companies with similar deals.

what should be an average income for a good looking casino website?

it is very difficult to say because none of us have a casino and those who have are not going to share their income in public. so it would all be speculations.

and it depends on so many different factors like how old that casino is, what type of game it is offering. for example everybody would play dice no matter what but smaller number will play poker and so few will play binary.

one thing you can do is to look at those casinos that offer investment. you can see for example how much an investor is earning and then you have to search hard and find out how they are sharing the profit, then do some calculations to come up with an estimate.

I would be very careful when choosing your business partner, especially on a public forum like this that is known to host some scammers.

It wouldn't be the first time a coder builds a backdoor that allows them to steal the coins or adjust the payout rates to benefit themselves.
It is quiet true. Even user that have a green trust can commit scamming because of account selling here in this forum. It is better to look a partner that can provide identity rather than an anonymous one. And i bet that you will not see here a partner that are you looking for because it involves a huge amount of money to start with. Goodluck

you should find a friend or someone close to your like a family member to make a partnership. although i personally don't like to mix business with family but sometimes there is no other option.

but if that is not an option for you, then think about taking a loan and when your site is up and running you can start asking for investors to come and invest in the bankroll.

I was thinking about 15-20K.
i really like the coingaming.io platform. no idea how much it costs
15 to 20k USD? it's around 18 to 24 bitcoin or so, i don't think you can go with coingaming platform if you want to create a casino with live dealer games. you need at least 250k to 350k to start a strong bitcoin casino business , or if you insist want to build a bitcoin gambling site , you better have a fresh game that never exist before in bitcoin gambling site. with 20k you can go with it.
yes that is really not a reasonable amount of bitcoin for starting a casino, i think it will not be an profitable casino, you may face so many problems, i think you must invest more that 200K for starting an effective casino.
Agree, when you are intending to build a casino/gambling site you would really need huge amounts because if you do have only a small budget then it would be still useless because you could able to build a simple gambling site and wont really attract too much people or players to play because website design is important into a gambling site because if people don't like the interface and design they will not pay attention into it. Searching for partners online is hard thing to do.

Normally how this works is the person that takes care of the bills servers and domains holds the money in cold wallets.
The cold wallet then should be made public so all users can see them including your partner.

Now building the site is kinda easy and depending what you want getting the site up and running with a few games is easy.
Best way to go about it is to set up a casino test out a few games, if you want live dealers there is many solutions you can go with that aren't as expensive as people make it out to be.
There is many places who can make casino's relatively quick and for little money, normally south American countries are good with this coding and some south east asia countries.

Cost up front you can make what you want with your budget, but you will need to factor in if you want it made by you or if your going to rely on 3rd party software.

Building and development:
Sever cost aren't going to be as high at the start of the site since server flow takes a while to build up with reputation.
Mobile capabilities these days are high priority and should not be over looked.
Your going to need a fair system that users can look over as best as possible.
Cold storage for btc is going to be a good idea, simple trezor or other cold wallet systems are fine to use.
Domain and ssl, and security for the site is going to be a decent cost.
Cloudflare these days is a must if you want to keep your site up at all times.
Deciding the platform of which you want the site built on if your going to have the software made or use a pre-made one.

This isn't as hard as people make it out to be, the big thing really is finding the right people to help out.
You shouldn't need anymore then a 3-4 person team at the start you will only really need you and your partner.

Id be very interested in something like this so feel free to hit me up.

If you don't have any idea on coding or making a gambling site. Don't enter this business, what if your so called partner will backstab you and make a whole on your site just to steal your money stored on your server. It's okay to have a partnership in this business but you need to pick a trusted one and well know man on this forum. No issues at all in this community.

Not the best place to look for investment. I would rather advice disclose your identity to your relatives and tell them about you opening a gambling site, and have them invest in. Or just try your luck in getting crowdfunded by launching it first. I believe you can also try incorporating moneypot for it.

i do have the management skills and money to invest.
If you have money to invest try to invest in some trusted casino's bankroll which can give you good return.

But if you want to run your own casino you have to gain knowledge regarding how to setup bitcoin gambling website because you can't trust fully on others with your money. Better learn about how to start, how to manage etc and than hire few moderators, designers, programmers, buy script and start your casino.

I personally like blockchain based game and i think there is still lots of space for blockchain based game/casino you can try to create one.

Actually live dealer's casino and a simple dice casino have a lot of difference because while the dice site runs on a script the live casino runs on the people and hence their salaries and hence a lot of management, place and time and a lot more.

Beyond our imaginations there are things that are worked on to make the site run and hence a lot of risk and investment along with time consumption.
even a simple dice site will not running smoothly with that low budget.
i agree if then he just invest the 15 or 20k dollar to a well known casino , not to build your own casino.
the budget is not enough , so better to increase budget and you are good to go.

This is very good idea instead of searching a partner to open a new gambling site better to invest in the running gambling site and earn the profit from the investment. Because neither doing the partnership  is good and you dont have that much investment that you can start your own gambling website.

Honestly you should look to find a local parner because online a lot of risks are there, since you are the knowledge guy and hence you are not risking much but the partner would be risking a lot since if you leave a little hole to eat up site by own, he can do nothing rather than just regretting.

Thats why he needs a partner that would invest too and shall we say that he has the money to invest for 24 bitcoin and his partner would give the same which means more or less 50 bitcoin and i can say you could already build a gambling site but not the same on coingaming platform same as you said because designing would really need budget and also on marketing stuffs.OP should really need a partner since he have no idea or knowledge on building his own but the main problem here is the trust issues between two people.

he is still going to need a lot more than what he has right now to begin the operation. then after that he can ask for investors in what he has already started. with nothing, nobody is going to invest.
but for example if you see an established website for example like crypto-games you easily invest in it.

and if not, it may be better and easier to find investors face to face in real life rather than online.
Agree, its better to find business partner on real life rather than on online because you could somehow assure on your money when you know your partner personally and you have a contact or interaction with him compare to find on online which you wouldnt know if that person is serious or not or you just deal with scammer then for sure your money would be really at risk.
